  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　車両において、ハンドルホイールを回転可能に支承
    する支承部材が、車体の一部に固設された固定部材に対
    して枢軸のまわりにチルト可能となっているチルト式ス
    テアリング装置において、 前記支承部材と固定部材との間に、ハンドルホイールの
    チルト位置の変化を運転者に認識さ−せる手段を設けた
    ことを特徴とするチルト式ステアリング装置。 ２　前記支承部材は、ハンドルホイールが固定された上
    部軸と、該上部軸を回転可能に支承する上部コラムと、
    該上部コラムを支承する上部ブラケットとから成り・、
    前記固定部材は枢軸により上部ブラケツ目こ枢着された
    下部ブラケットであり、上部ブラケットの下端に、鋸歯
    状突部を有する係合板が固定される一方、下部ブラケッ
    トには、該鋸歯状突起間の谷部に弾性的に押し込まれる
    押圧部材を配置し、該係合板と抑圧部材とで前記認識手
    段を構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載のチルト式ステアリング装置。
