Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハンドル軸を包囲したステアリングコラムの下方に支点
    を設け、ステアリングコラムの上部に前記ステアリング
    コラムを車体側に支持する支持機構を設け、該支持機構
    により前記支点を中心とし前記ステアリングコラムを所
    望の傾角で固定可能に支持したステアリングコラム装置
    において、前記ハンドル軸を互いに伸縮自在に嵌合する
    アッパーシャフトとロアシャフトとなし、前記ステアリ
    ングコラムを互いに伸縮自在に嵌合するアッパーコラム
    とロアコラムとなし、前記アッパーコラムは軸方向の出
    入り位置を調節し得る軸方向の長孔を設け、前記アッパ
    ーコラムとロアコラムを互いに固定可能とする緊締手段
    を両コラムの嵌合部に設け、該緊締手段と前記支持機構
    とをリンク手段により連結し、該リンク手段により前記
    アッパーコラムを固定又は開放する前記支持機構の操作
    に連動して前記緊締手段を固定又は開放することにより
    、ステアリングハンドル軸のチルト位置調整とテレスコ
    位置調整とを可能にしたことを特徴とするステアリング
    コラム装置。
