す系統図、第２図は同上の演算機による自動制御の一実
施例を示す系統図、第３図はホットコイルの浸漬冷却法
と本考案のスプレー冷却法との冷却状態を示す温度・時
間図表である。以下図面の簡単な説明、 １：冷却室、２：冷却床、３：冷却装置、４：集水槽、
５：貯水槽、６：熱交換器、７：ポンプ、８：新しい冷
却水の補給手段（給水装置）、９：分岐管、１０：流量
計、１１：温度計、１２：演算機、１３：ホットコイル
、１４：冷房装置、１５：暖房装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱間圧延後巻き取ったホットコイルを載置する冷却床と
    該ホットコイル周辺より撒水して冷却する冷却装置とを
    備えた冷却室と、ホットコイルと熱交換された温水をホ
    ットコイルの下部で一個所に集水するための集水床と、
    上記の集められた温水を貯留するための貯水槽と、該貯
    水槽から熱交換器に送水し、熱交換器を出た水を再度冷
    却室へ送るための循環ポンプと、熱交換器から冷却室へ
    の送水過程で新しい冷却水を補給する手段とを備えたこ
    とを特徴とするホットコイル冷却装置。
