Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、突合せ面の間に配置された加熱導体を用いて
熱可塑性プラスチックから成る少々くとも2つの成形体
の並行に延びる突合せ面を溶接するための装置に関する
従来の技術 熱可塑性材料から成るスリーブを有する管を結合させる
ために、周方向の結合面間に電熱線コイルを配置するこ
とは公知である(西独国特許出願公告第1048106
号明細書)。この場合には、IJ t、I線のための2
つの接続端部が突出すように、電熱線の2本巻が必要で
ある。
しかしながら、この場合には隣接した巻線が接触すると
加熱導体の有効長さが著しく短縮され、それによシ抵抗
が低下しかつ欠陥溶接が生じる危険がある。この欠点を
溶解しない絶縁層、例えば酸化層(スイス国特許第40
0687号明細書)を施すことによって排除することが
試みられた。従って、この種の2本巻線の装置は、良好
な熱安定性の絶縁層を備えた加熱導体を必要としかつま
た前記の管/スリーブ結合のためだけに使用可能である
にすぎない。
鞍形片又はその他の2つの半体を有する成形体を管と結
合するために、加熱マットとして形成された一体の加熱
導体を管と成形体との間に配置することは公知である(
西1イツ国特許出願公告第224236G1号明細書)
。この場合に生じるマット端部間の間隙によって、管周
囲全体における完全な溶接は保証されない。ヨーロツ・
ぞ特許機構出願公開第0076460号明細書記載の加
熱マット装置を用いれば、確かに前記欠点は回避される
が、この加熱マット装置も上記明細書に記載された使用
目的のためのみに有利に使用可能であるにすぎない。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明の課題は、従来技術に関して挙げた欠点を回避し
て、2個以上の異なった成形体例えばケーシング半体を
任意の循環する突合せ面を有する1つのケーシングに相
互に緊密かつ強固な溶接結合により結合可能である、冒
頭に述べた形式の成形体の溶接装置を提供することであ
った。
問題点を解決するための手段 前記課題は、冒頭に記載した形式の装置において、少な
くとも2つの相互に並列接続された加熱導体3 a T
 3 b + 24 a + 24 b 、25 a、
25bが突合せ面の間に配置されていることにより解決
されることが判明した。
その他の有利な実施態様は、特許請求の範囲の第2項以
下に記載されている。
発明の効果 少なくとも2つの相互に並列接続された力ロ熱導体を成
形体の突合せ面の間に配置することによシ、任意の循環
する突合せ面を有する成形体を相互に緊密にかつ強固に
溶接することができ、しかも2つの隣接した巻線が金属
接触した際でも欠陥溶接が生じ得ない、それというのも
このような横接続によってエネルギー供給及び分布は変
化しないからである。本発明の装置によシ、電流接続は
相互に立体的に分離されて大抵は対向配置され、それに
よって本来の短絡接続は生じ得ないからである。
実 施 例 次に図示の実施例につき本発明の詳細な説明する。
第1図は、溶接によって同じ材料から成る管2と結合さ
れるべき、熱可塑性プラスチックから成るスリーブ1全
示す。スリーブ1の内周に2つの加熱導体3a、3bが
配置され、該加熱導体は軸線方向に延びる巻線4を有す
る。加熱導体3a、3bの夫々はスリーブ1の半分の内
周の領域内に配置されるかないしは内周の半分をカバー
する。この場合、加熱導体3aの両端部5a及び6aは
夫々加熱導体3bの端部5b及び6bに隣接して位置し
かつその場合周方向で対向した位置で夫々1つの電力供
給線7及び8に集められる。
第2図には、第1図に示した加熱導体3a。
3bが平坦に広げた状態で示されており、この場合該導
体はジグザグ状配置により夫々1つの加熱マツ)9a及
び9bを形成する。この場合には、加熱導体3a 、3
bは熱可塑性プラスチックで被覆されており、従ってこ
の絶縁体10によン、加熱導体3a、3bの隣り合った
巻線4は相互に電気的に分離されている。それにもかか
わらず、2つの隣接した加熱導体が溶接工程で接触する
場合には、最大でも1つの巻線が短絡する、すなわちオ
ーム抵抗は僅かに変化するにすぎない、このことは2本
巻線とは異なシ、溶接結合の品質に対して大した影響を
及ぼさない。加熱導体3a及び3bの端部の前記結合に
より、個々のオーム抵抗が同じか又はほぼ同じである、
加熱抵抗R1及びR2の並列接続が生じる。
第3図は、2つの加熱導体3a及び3bを用いた、2つ
のシャーレ状成形体10a 、10bと、その間に導入
すべき管状、棒状又はケーゾル状部材12との配置形式
を示す。加熱マット9a及び9bとして構成された加熱
導体3a。
3bは同様に並列接続されており、この場合には夫々の
加熱マット9a又は9bは夫々各成形体10a 、10
bの平坦な突合せ面11及び内周面13をカバーする。
次いで、組合せ及び溶接の際には、突合せ面11の領域
内では両者の加熱マツ)9N及び9bは重力り合う、し
かしこのことはその並列接続によって可能である。
部材12、ひいてはまた内周面13は、図示の丸形横断
面とは別の横断面を有することもでき、すなわち部材1
2は横断面が多角形又は楕円形ニ構成されていてもよい
第4図は、シャーレ状の切欠き21を有するケーシング
形成形体の半体を示す。第4図には僅かに鎖線で示した
第2のケーシング半体20bと、ケーシング内に配置さ
れた例えば電話ケーブルの分枝線を緊密にカバーせんと
するものである。この場合には、まず直径が異なったケ
ーブル22に第3図におけると同様にして2つのシャー
レ状成形体10a、10bを溶接結合によって設け、該
成形体を次いで成形体201L及び20bの切欠きに貫
通させる。ケーブルを切欠きに密着させてケーシングと
結合させることもできる。次いでケーシング状成形体2
0aの循環する突合せ面23&に、2つの加熱導体24
&及び25aを取付ける。成形体20bの突合せ面23
bには、加熱導体24b及び25bを取付ける。この場
合、加熱導体を各々1つの接続線7及び8に夫々まとめ
合せることによシ、全部で4本の加熱導体が相互に並列
接続されている。この配置形式によシ、両者のケーシン
グ半体20aと20bを重ね合せると、突合せ面の平坦
な部分の間には夫々2つの加熱導体24a及び24bな
いしは25a及び25bが直接重なシ、かつ切欠き21
の突合せ面とシャーレ状成形体10a又は10bとの間
には夫々1つだけの加熱導体24&もしくは24b又は
25aもしくは25bが存在する。
4つの相互に並列接続された加熱導体の個々のオーム抵
抗は、同様に同じであるか又はほぼ同じであるべきであ
る(R1菅R2言R3菅軌4)。
加熱導体は第2図について説明したように、加熱線、加
熱マットあるいはまた加熱テープとして構成されていて
もよい。加熱導体はまた例えば銅合金から成る薄板又は
箔から成っていてもよく、この場合には加熱導体は成形
体の突合せ面の形状及び寸法に相応して薄板から打抜か
れる。
第5図は第4図の変更実施例を示し、この場合には丁字
形のケーシング半休として構成された2つの成形体20
a 、 2Qbが相互にかつ3つの管状部材12と直接
溶接によって結合される。4つの並列接続された加熱導
体24a、25a、24b及び25bの配置形式は、第
4図に関して説明したのと同じである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、突合せ面の間に配置された加熱導体を用いて熱可塑
    性プラスチックから成る少なくとも2つの成形体の並行
    して延びる突合せ面を溶接する装置において、少なくと
    も2つの相互に並列接続された加熱導体(3a、3b、
    24a 、24b 、25a 、25b )が突合せ面
    の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、熱可塑性プラ
    スチックスから成る成形体を溶接する装置。 2、 並列接続された加熱導体が同じか又はほぼ同じオ
    ーム抵抗を有する、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3、加熱導体(3& 、3b 、24& 、24b 。 25a、2δb)が熱可塑性プラスチックで被覆された
    抵抗線でsb、該抵抗線がコイル状に延びることによっ
    て加熱マット(9a 。 9b)を特徴する特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載
    の装置。 4、加熱導体(3a 、3b 、24a 、24b 。 25a、25b)が加熱テープとして構成されている、
    特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の装置。 5、棒状又は管状部材をスリーブと溶接するための装置
    であって、2つの並列接続された加熱導体(3a、3b
    )が結合すべき部材(1,2)の外周に配置されており
    、該部材の夫夫が半周をおおいかつ加熱導体(3a、3
    b)の電力供給線(7,8)がスリーブの貫流媒体と接
    触しない側に配置されている、特許請求の範囲第1項か
    ら第4項までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 6、少なくとも1つの切欠キラ有する2つの成形体(1
    0allOb、20a、20b)を相互にかつそれらの
    間に挿入すべき、・任意の横断面を有する部材(12,
    22)と溶接するだめの装置であって、夫々の成形体の
    ために突合せ面(11,13,23& 、23b)の上
    に載った状態で少なくとも夫々1つの加熱導体(3a+
     3 b 、24 a + 24 b 、25&、25
    b)が配置されており、この場合成形体の突合せ面と、
    その間に挿入すべき部材(12,22)との間に1つの
    加熱導体がかつ両者の成形体の突合せ面(11,23a
    。 23b)の間に重なって2つの加熱導体が配置されてい
    る、特許請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか1
    項記載の装置。
