以下図面によりその実施例を説明する。Closing the gas vent hole with a plug after gas venting, which is used only once during manufacturing, not only requires a considerable amount of labor when manufacturing large quantities of insulation boxes in factories, but also requires a small amount of insulation material to be removed from the gas vent hole. If the heat insulating material leaks and adheres to the outer box, the product value will be lost, so a so-called post-processing operation is required to remove the adhered heat insulating material. The present invention was made in view of these points,
Examples thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.

After that, the inner box 2 is placed inside the outer box 3 to form a gap that will become a foaming space, and the foam is used to absorb odors from both the inside and outside (not shown).
After fixing both the inner and outer boxes 2 and 3 with
A raw solution of rigid polyurethane foam is injected into the gap and foamed, and the foaming pressure causes the air in the gap and gases such as gas generated from the foam to be discharged to the outside through the gas vent holes 17, 17 and the through holes 13, 13. When the gas discharge is completed and the foamed foam reaches the final filling part, the foamed foam is impregnated into the breathable member 19 and the gas vent hole 17,

After forming the foam heat insulating material 4, both the inner and outer foam picks are taken out and the articles 12, 12 are attached to the reinforcing plate 14 via the outer box 3 so as to close the through holes 13, 13. According to the above method, the gas vent holes 17, 17 and the through holes 13, 1 that fit the lotus
3 is closed at the same time as parts 12 and 12 are attached.
The manufacturing process can be simplified, the number of parts can be reduced, and even if a small amount of heat insulating material leaks around the through holes 13 and adheres to the outer box 3, the adhering heat insulating material can be removed from the parts 12 and 1.

材の後処理を不要とできる。Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, by forming a convex portion 20 protruding outward on the outer box 3 near the final filling section, gas can be discharged well and the strength of the outer box 3 and the vicinity of the final filling section can be improved. You can improve. As described above, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a heat insulating box in which a foamed heat insulating material is formed by injecting and foaming a stock solution of hard polyurethane foam into the gap between the inner and outer boxes. A through hole is formed in the outer box in advance, and a reinforcing plate for attaching components having a gas vent hole that fits into the through hole is attached to the back side of the outer box by pasting a breathable member, and the gas vent hole is removed during foaming. After exhausting the gas in the gap to the outside through the through hole, the parts are attached to the reinforcing plate through the outer box so as to close the through hole. The manufacturing process can be simplified by blocking the hole, and post-treatment of the heat insulating material leaking from the through hole can be eliminated.
