Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路基板と、その上に配置された少なくとも２つの圧電
    共振ユニットとで構成される複数段構成の圧電フィルタ
    であって、 前記圧電共振ユニットは第１および第２の共振素子を備
    え、各共振素子は、圧電基板と、その圧電基板の両生面
    に、該基板を介して少なくとも一部が対向し、かつ互い
    に逆方向に取り出されるように形成された２つの電極と
    からなり、第１および第２の共振素子は、その主面に関
    し対向して組合わされ機械的に結合されていて、両共振
    素子の互いに向き合わされている各一方電極は共通電極
    とされ、両共振素子の他方電極は、それぞれ入力電極お
    よび出力電極とされていて、 前記少なくとも２つの圧電共振ユニットは、各ユニット
    の入出力電極同士が空間的に相対的に離れるように回路
    基板上に配置されていて、かつ、前記回路基板によって
    、前記少なくとも２つの圧電共振ユニットの各共通電極
    が電気的に接続されて引出され、初段の圧電共振ユニッ
    トの入力電極および最終段の圧電共振ユニットの出力電
    極がそれぞれ、電気的に引出され、特定段の圧電共振ユ
    ニットの出力電極と後続段の圧電共振ユニットの入力電
    極とが、順次電気的に接続されている、圧電フィルタ。
