を行なえば良い。固定カッターの収納部１１の下部には
、本体の外側へ向かって下方へ傾斜さした煩斜面１７を
もつ排出部１８を本体右、本体左の下部引掛部１５の間
に設けている。以上説明したように本発明によれば、電
動肉挽機において、肉を挽く固定カッターが複数枚ある
場合、その収納に本体の一部を利用して、下部引掛部と
上部引掛部を設け、固定カッターを収納するようにして
