ある。In other words, all the wiring for the head section of conventional video tape recorders uses ordinary covered wires cut to a set length as lead wires, and these are soldered to the head printed circuit board and relay printed circuit board in extremely narrow positions. The previous application stopped using one lead wire using the above-mentioned covered wire and soldering it because the workability was extremely poor and high precision could not be expected because of the connection. , developed a wiring tool with a configuration in which the required number of lead wires are fixedly arranged to match the target position, and by using this wiring tool, the wiring connection between the head and the relay printed circuit board can be made extremely easily. The present invention has been developed to enable high-efficiency and high-precision manufacturing, and has developed a manufacturing method for easily mass-producing the wiring fittings with high efficiency and high precision. With some improvements to the law,
When insert molding a strip into a small column, by adding a special configuration to a part of the small column mold in the mold, each lead wire portion of the strip can be inserted into the small column with accurate parallel spacing. It is designed so that it can be placed in the correct shape and then insert molded.

A thin plate of an appropriate conductive metal (e.g., luminous metal, copper, etc.) is press-formed, and slits 6 are made in the longitudinal direction.
The elongated strips 7 with the left and right sides serving as lead wire portions are arranged radially (in four directions in the illustrated example) in accordance with the number of henots (usually 2 to 5 heads, 4 heads in the illustrated example) (see Fig. 3). of(

However, shaping can also be done after the injection molding process. ), the curved part is placed on the upper surface of the ring-shaped part according to the number and position of the henots in the boot 111, and the small pillars 9 (four in the illustrated example) are attached.

When molding is performed using insulating plastic, the curved elongated piece 7 is inserted into the small column part 9 at the same time. Next, the molded product ((...), (...)') is Cut the upper and lower ends of the strip 7 exposed from the upper and lower ends of the small pillar part 9.
Then, each lead wire B is separated into individual lead wires B, and the upper and lower ends of the lead wires B are slightly exposed in the small pillar part 9 of the wiring tool body a, which consists of a ring-shaped part and a small pillar part 9. Even if the 13 pins are protruded long enough to be formed, as shown in the example shown, the central protrusion t/-b is still long, and the left and right protrusions/7a%φC are close to the ring-shaped part. It is optional to protrude only the lead wires d2, and in short, it is acceptable as long as the protruding structure of the mold d2 has a length that allows insert molding to be carried out while holding the lead wires a and b in a parallel state.

。Thus, the wiring fitting A manufactured as described above, that is, the wiring fitting main body a consisting of the ring-shaped portion and the small pillar portion 9 made of insulating plastic.
The wiring fitting A is formed by burying the lead wire B in the small pillar portion 9 with its upper and lower ends slightly exposed.
The small pillar part 9 is inserted into the hole 1/ drilled in advance in the hole 1, and the boot 11 is inserted.
1, and connect the ends of each lead wire B to a predetermined position of the printed circuit board 2', etc. on the henotoko side, and the relay printed circuit board 3 by soldering C, and connect both 2.
.. This completes the wiring between the three. In addition, at this time, it is also possible to bend the lead wire B in the vertical direction and pierce it through the printed circuit board. Reference numeral 12 designates a positioning dowel for determining the orientation (with respect to the head) of the wiring fitting A when inserting the small column portion of the wiring fitting A into the hole 1ivc.

The lead wire portion l) is extremely thin (for example, diameter 0.3
O, s tmn ), the distance between the two parallel wires is narrow (e.g., 0.7 mm), and the distance between them is relatively long (e.g., 15 mm).
~20 questions) During handling before inserting the mold, or when inserting the mold into the mold, the lead wires A and B may bend or bend and come into contact with each other. Also, as mentioned above, the lead wire part b% b is long and thin.
Because of the narrow parallel spacing, during injection molding, the 1J-wire parts S and B are often deformed by the plastic injection pressure, and as a result, the lead wire parts S and B may come into contact with each other. However, there was a risk that a part of the small column part 9 would be exposed on the outer circumferential surface of the small column part 9, and come into contact with the inner surface of the hole of the pulley 7, causing a short circuit. According to the above-mentioned manufacturing method improved by the present invention, during insert molding, the lead wire portions S and B are connected to one mold d2.
The 11-wire g is inserted into the concave groove Ja, 5b.
(The parallel state of ibl b is forcibly maintained. Since plastic injection molding is performed, the lead wire part is

An excellent method that can completely eliminate the risk of insert molding with parts b and b erroneously in contact with each other, or insert molding with a part of lead b1b exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the small column part 9. It can demonstrate its characteristics.
