However, the previous application stopped using the above-mentioned coated wire and soldering it to one lead wire, and the required number of lead wires was soldered. We have developed a wiring tool in which the lead wires are fixedly arranged to match the target position, and by using this wiring tool, the wiring connection between the head and the relay printed circuit board can be made extremely easily, with high efficiency and high precision. In addition, the present invention has developed a manufacturing method for easily mass-producing the wiring fittings with high efficiency and precision. By adding a special configuration to a part of the mold for the small column part of the mold when insert molding the strip in the small column part, each lead of the strip in the small column part can be inserted into the small column part. The line parts are insert-molded in the correct shape with accurate parallel spacing.

A thin plate of an appropriate conductive metal (e.g., aluminum, copper, etc.) is press-molded, a slit 6 is made in the longitudinal direction, and slits 6 are formed on the left and right sides of the thin plate. Either the strips 7 with the lead wire portion b on the side are provided radially (in the four directions in the illustrated example) in accordance with the number of heads 2 (usually 2 to 5 heads, 4 heads in the illustrated example). ) or individually (four illustrated examples) (as shown in Figure 1), each strip 7 is bent into a square shape (B, RO, however,
〓Shaping can be done after the injection molding process. ), and the curved one has a structure in which small pillars 9 (four in the illustrated example) are vertically and integrally protruded from the upper surface of the ring-shaped part 8 in accordance with the number and position of the heads 2 on the pulley 1. The mold D 1 for molding, the small column part mold d 1 of D 2 ,
d 2 , and use the mold to form the wiring fitting body a.
When molding with insulating plastic, the curved strip 7 is simultaneously inserted into the small pillar part 9, and then exposed from the upper and lower ends of the small pillar part 9 of the molded product (c, ha). Cut the top and bottom ends of the strip 7
Then, each lead wire part b is separated as a lead wire B, and the upper and lower ends of the lead wire B are slightly exposed in the small pillar part 9 of the wiring tool body a, which consists of a ring part 8 and a small pillar part 9. In the method for manufacturing a wiring fitting A for a video head according to the previous application, in which wiring fitting A having a buried configuration is manufactured, each of the above-mentioned strips 7 is insert-molded into a small pillar portion 9 of a wiring fitting body a. Three protrusions of a set length are placed on one mold d 2 of the small column parts d 1 and d 2 of the molds D 1 and D 2 for

The two lead wire portions b and b of the elongated piece 7 are inserted into the two groove grooves 5a and 5b formed between them by the strips b and 4c, respectively, and insert molding is performed. , and the lead wire portions b, b are attached to the side surfaces of the molded small pillar portion 9 to form the protrusions 4a, 4b, 4.

b is long, and the left and right protrusions 4a, 4c may optionally be provided protruding only in the portion close to the ring-shaped portion 8; in short,
Any length is acceptable as long as the convex structure of the mold d2 has a length that allows insert molding to be performed while the lead wire portions b, b are held in a parallel state.

を示す。 Thus, the wiring fitting A manufactured as above, that is,
Wiring tool A consists of a wiring tool body a consisting of an insulating plastic ring-shaped part 8 and a small pillar part 9, and a lead wire B buried in the small pillar part 9 with its upper and lower ends slightly exposed.
In the head part of the video tape recorder,
The small pillar part 9 is inserted into the hole 11 previously provided in the pulley 1, and its tip is projected to the opposite side of the pulley 1, and the end of each lead wire B is connected to the printed circuit board 2' on the head 2 side.
etc., and is connected to a predetermined position of the relay printed circuit board 3 by soldering c to complete the wiring between both 2 and 3. In addition, at this time, it is also possible to bend the lead wire B in the vertical direction and pierce it through the printed circuit board. Reference numeral 12 indicates a positioning dowel for determining the direction of the wiring fitting A (with respect to the head) when inserting and setting the small pillar portion 9 of the wiring fitting A into the hole 11.

る。 That is, when insert molding is performed using the manufacturing method of the previous application, the lead wire portion b of the strip 7 (e.g., made of a thin plate of aluminum, copper, etc.) is extremely thin (e.g., diameter 0.3 x 0.5 mm). , the distance between the two parallel wires is narrow (e.g. 0.7 mm), and the distance between the two parallel wires is relatively long (e.g. 15 mm).
~20mm), the lead wire parts b and b tend to bend or bend and come into contact with each other during handling before setting into metal or when setting into a mold for insert. Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the lead wire parts b, b are long and thin and have narrow parallel spacing, the lead wire parts b, b are often deformed by the injection pressure of the plastic during injection molding. There is a risk that the lead wire portions b and b may come into contact with each other and be shot, or a portion may be exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the small column portion 9 and come into contact with the inner surface of the hole 11 of the pulley 1 and be shot. However, in this regard, according to the improved manufacturing method of the present invention, the lead wire portions b, b are inserted into the grooves 5a, 5b of one mold d2 during insert molding. Since plastic injection molding is performed while the parallel state of the lead wire portions b, b is forcibly maintained, deformation of the lead wire portions b, b before setting them into the mold is prevented by the concave groove 5a. , 5b, and at the time of injection, they are held in the grooves 5a, 5b and will never be misaligned or deformed due to injection pressure, etc., so that after releasing the mold, the lead wire portions b, b
are the grooves 13a formed by the protrusions 4a, 4b, 4c,
13b and 13c are separated, and insert molding is performed in a state with accurate parallel spacing. Therefore, the insert molding is performed in a state where the lead wire portions b and b are in erroneous contact with each other, or the outer circumferential surface of the small column portion 9. lead wire b,
It can exhibit an excellent feature that can completely eliminate the risk of insert molding with a part of b exposed.
