Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. □回転運動を直線運動に変換して駆動する駆動機構の直
    線移動位置を検出する位置検出器において、駆動源の回
    転体の回転軸に連結して精位置検出と粗位置検出とが可
    能になるようにする歯車比の異なる複数組の歯車機構と
    、前記歯車機構の各々に連結されてそれぞれの歯車比に
    対応した回゛転数で回転する回転軸に取り付けられたカ
    ムと、前記カムによってそれぞれ作動される機掛式スイ
    ッチとからなり、精位置検出系統の機械式スイッチと粗
    位置検出系統の機械式スイッチとが検出希望位置で同時
    に作動するようにして精位置検出系統の機械式スイッチ
    の作動位置で位置検出を行うようにしたことを特徴とす
    る位置検出器。
