Normally, in a car, a ventilation duct that ventilates the interior of the car and a washer tank that stores washer fluid for washing the window glass are placed inside a cavity made up of the white plate and outer plate of the car body. Because they have different purposes and functions, they are manufactured individually and installed separately on the vehicle body.

Therefore, the number of parts was large, the product cost was high, and even when it was installed on the vehicle body, each part had to be installed individually, resulting in poor installation workability.

On the other hand, ventilation ducts have a complicated water return mechanism or a water return mechanism in order to prevent rainwater, vehicle washing water, etc. from entering from the outside of the car body near the outside vents that communicate with the outside of the car body. A drain mechanism had to be installed to drain water out of the vehicle, resulting in a complex structure and high production costs.

This idea is an improvement on the above points,
By integrally forming a ventilation duct and a washer tank that have separate functions and attaching it to the vehicle body, manufacturing costs can be reduced and installation workability can be improved, and the duct shape can be simplified.

According to the above configuration, when the vehicle is running, negative pressure is generated on the outside of the vehicle, and the air inside the vehicle is sucked due to the pressure difference with the interior of the vehicle, and the inner plate 1
Exhaust air passes through the passenger compartment side window hole 4, cavity 3, and passenger compartment side vent 8, passes through the ventilation duct 6, passes through the vehicle exterior vent 9 and the vehicle exterior window hole 5 of the outer panel 2, and is exhausted to the outside of the vehicle. Ventilation is provided.

In addition, when the vehicle is running or stopped, rainwater or washing water that enters the ventilation duct 6 through the exterior window hole 5 of the exterior panel 2 through the exterior ventilation port 9 may either remain as it is or fall against the wall surface and flow into the ventilation duct. 6 is collected in the lower washer tank 7.

Furthermore, even if a large amount of water is supplied into the washer tank 7 due to rainwater or washing water, the excess water is discharged to the outside of the vehicle from the outside vent 9 of the ventilation duct 6 and the outside window hole 5 of the outer panel 2. Therefore, there is no leakage into the passenger compartment.

Although the above explanation is applied to the ventilation system installed inside the quarter pillar of the car body and the washer tank for washing the window glass of the back door, it is not limited to this, and it can also be applied to the front part of the car body. Alternatively, it can be similarly applied to a ventilation system installed between the inner and outer panels of a door or a washer tank for washing a windshield.

As explained above, this invention integrally molds a washer tank and a ventilation duct equipped with a passenger compartment side vent that communicates with the vehicle interior and a vehicle exterior vent that communicates with the exterior of the vehicle. The ventilation duct and washer tank are integrally molded below the vehicle exterior vent, and the washer tank is installed in the cavity between the interior and exterior panels of the vehicle body, reducing the number of parts. Not only can this reduce the number of installation steps, but also allows rainwater or water from washing the car to flow into the washer tank, particularly when it enters the ventilation duct through the outside vent of the ventilation duct that communicates with the outside of the car.

Therefore, there is no need to provide a water return mechanism or a drain mechanism with a complicated shape in the vehicle exterior vent and the ventilation duct, and the structure of the ventilation duct can be simplified, making it easy to manufacture and inexpensive.

尚、洗車時にウオツシャ液が、換気ダクトを通して自然

Additionally, an additional effect can be expected in that the washer fluid is naturally replenished through the ventilation duct when washing the car.
