In some areas, development is underway to compression mold this wood and use it as processed fuel, but in conventional combustion furnaces, in order to burn these processed wood chips, the number of wood chips that are burned on the combustion shelf is one after another. Since combustion was carried out by adding the processed embers, the air holes of the combustion shelf were filled with embers, resulting in poor combustion efficiency and inconvenience in removing embers.

て火災をおこす危険が考えられる。The present inventor has devised a method to eliminate such inconveniences by continuously supplying the processed fuel from the hot spring ξ- to the combustion shelf of the combustion furnace along the combustion shelf surface via a fuel feeding device, and removing the burnt scum. -1. The ash is pushed down by the continuous supply of processed fuel and falls into the ash area one after another. -1. The ventilation holes in the combustion shelf are designed to ensure that fresh air is always supplied from the air intake chamber without being blown out by cinders, and to eliminate the inconveniences mentioned above. Although the furnace was previously filed as Japanese Patent Application No. 31496 and No. 31497 of 1982,
In the above invention, what about hotsuno? - Since the device that feeds fuel from the supply port is arranged so that it feeds through the combustion shelf VCG of the combustion furnace, the embers may remain in the fuel feed device when the combustion furnace is stopped. There is a risk that the fuel will ignite and the flame will spread to the fuel remaining in the hollow chimney, causing a fire.

A ventilation hole 5 is provided in the ceiling plate of the air intake chamber 4 installed inside the combustion furnace 3.
Fuel is continuously supplied to the combustion side 6 along the combustion side 6, and the cinders on the combustion shelf are continuously transported to the ash fall section 7 adjacent to the air intake chamber 4. In a combustion apparatus configured to be dropped into the combustion chamber, the feed end of the fuel feed device 2A placed under the feed port of Horano ξ-1 is inserted into the chute 8 placed between the hopper 1 and the combustion furnace 3. Under the chute 8, a fuel feeding device 213 for supplying fuel along the combustion shelf surface VC by 6 inches on the combustion side is arranged at a different stage from the two fuel feeding devices.

Air is blown to the internally installed air intake chamber/1, and from the air intake chamber 4, the air supplied to the air intake chamber passes through the combustion side 6 where a ventilation hole 5 is bored in the ceiling plate of the air intake chamber and enters the combustion chamber 1j. ventilation. At the same time, two fuel feeders, such as a screw conveyor, and a 7-year-old

The feeding device 2F3 also operates. Therefore, first, the fuel feeding device placed under the supply port of the hopper sends the fuel put into the hopper from the supply port of the hopper at a rate of 1 inch/knee, and drops it into the chute. However, there is a fuel delivery device under the chute that sends fuel to the combustion shelf surface of the combustion furnace, so this fuel delivery device sends the fuel dropped into the chute onto the combustion side surface. There are many things. Here, the operation is temporarily stopped, the fuel sent onto the combustion side is ignited, and after this is combusted, the above operation is resumed, and the combustion device is made to perform the above function,
While supplying fuel onto the combustion shelf, it is burned, and the newly fed fuel pushes the burnt residue to the ash trap and causes it to fall. Exhaust gas is discharged through the chimney of the combustion furnace.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, even if the ember operation is stopped due to embers on the combustion shelf, the embers will be transferred to the fuel remaining in the feeding device located under the chute. Even if the fire spreads, the feeders placed under the hopper's supply ports are arranged in different stages by the chute, so the fire remains in the feeders placed under the hopper's supply ports. There is no way the fire will spread until the fuel is removed.1. Therefore, the risk of flooding and fires caused by this can be completely eliminated.
