大断面図、第１図すはその製造のため原盤にめっきをし
た部分拡大断面図、第２図はその複製母型を使用して２
Ｐ法で光ディスクを製造する構成を示した図、第３図は
本考案の構成による複製母型の一例の部分拡大断面図で
ある。 図面において、１は複製母型、２は原盤、３゜４は凹凸
、５はディスク基板、６は紫外線硬化樹脂、７は紫外線
、８はめつき層、９は母型基板をそれぞれ示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 微細な凹凸パターンを有する原盤に厚さ３０〜１５０μ
    ｍのめっきをすることによって形成され、該凹凸パター
    ンが転写された面を主面とするめつき層の裏面に、平坦
    な基板が接合されていることを特徴とする複製母型。
