グループスタンノ4の製法において、金属厚膜を蒸着に
よって形成することを特徴とする、光ディスク用デ、リ
グープスタンノ七の製法によって達成することができる

着の開始および終了を制御した。2個のるつぼ4に、ク
ロムとニッケルとを別々に入れ、装置1を予めlXl0
−6Torrに排気し、原盤2を20 Orpmで回転
させながら、まずクロムのるつぼ4を加熱して、クロム
を原盤に蒸着させ、次にニッケルのるつぼ4を加熱して
厚み0.3mのニッケルを蒸着させ、こうして得られた
クロム−ニッケル膜を増税して厚み0.3閣のスタンパ

パの製法において、前記金属厚膜を真空蒸着法によって
形成することを特徴とする、光ディスク用プリグープス
