  1. 抵抗発熱体とその配線パターンを有するセラミック基板
    にＩＣドライバチップを取付けることにより構成される
    サーマルプリントヘッドにおいて、セラミック基板に凹
    部または穴を設け、該凹部または大向にＩＣドライバチ
    ップを収納して、該ＩＣドライバチップとセラミック基
    板の配線パターンとを電気的に接続したことを特徴とす
    るサーマルプリントヘッド。
