Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受光窓の一端をマスクで覆ったイメージセンサ、上記受
    光窓に被検出物体越しに平行光を照射する光源、及びセ
    ンサクロックによってイメージセンサを駆動してマスク
    のエツジから被検出物体のエツジまでの長さを表す測定
    信号を生成する検出回路からなる検出部と、検出部に長
    尺の信号線によって結合され、検出部から信号線を通し
    て送られて来た測定信号を計数クロックによってカウン
    トして被検出物体のエツジの位置を測定する制御部とか
    らなる光学式位置測定器。
