    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蓋部材と、一端が前記蓋部材に固着され、断熱材で形成
    される棒と、この棒の他端に取付けられるスキッドセン
    サ、ピックアップコイルと、板面が前記棒の軸方向に垂
    直になるように前記棒に支持され、断熱材で形成される
    遮蔽板とから構成され、前記スキッドセンサ、ピックア
    ップコイルを極低温容器中に貯蔵される寒剤に浸漬する
    ためのスキッド磁力計のプローブにおいて、前記遮蔽板
    の表裏に個別に熱反射薄膜を設けてなることを特徴とす
    るスキッド磁力計のプローブ。
