Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波入力信号がトランスによりそれぞれ逆位相でベー
    ス・エミッタ間に与えられて相補にオン、オフする２個
    のスイッチングパワートランジスタのエミッタを共通に
    するとともに、コレクタが出カドランスの１次巻線の両
    端に接続され、その−次巻線の中点タップより電源を供
    給し、２次巻線より高周波電力を出力するプッシュプル
    電力増幅回路において、それぞれのスイッチングパワー
    トランジスタのベース回路に直列に接続される第１のコ
    ンデンサとダイオードとの並列回路にインダクタンス要
    素を直列に接続した第１の回路と、この第１の回路とと
    もに上記スイッチングパワートランジスタのベース回路
    網を形成し、上記第１の回路と並列に接続された第２の
    コンデンサと抵抗の並列回路を有することを特徴とする
    高効率高周波電力増幅回路。
