Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザービームの全光量を測定する為の全光量測定受光
    素子と、この受光素子からの出力信号により前記レーザ
    ービームの全光量を常にある設定値に制御する為のレー
    ザー電源と、前記レーザービームの光量分布を測定する
    為の光量分布測定受光素子と、この受光素子の前面に設
    けられたスリットと、一定方向に運動する為の移動ステ
    ージと、その移動ステージを移動させる為の駆動系と、
    前記移動ステージの移動に伴ない一定の間隔でパルスを
    発生させる為のパルス発生器と、前記のスリットを通過
    して得られる光量分布測定受光素子の信号を増幅させる
    為の増幅器と、光量分布のグラフを描く表示器とからな
    るレーザー光量分布測定装置に於て、前記全光量測定受
    光素子と光量分布測定受光素子とを同一の移動ステージ
    に配設したことを特徴とするレーザー光量分布測定装置
    。
