However, with this method, the conduit hole recesses are raised with only thin paper, and after being used for furniture, it repeatedly absorbs moisture and dries.
In addition, since the plywood of the board also moves rapidly, the decorative paper will tear at the conduit holes over time, and it will be easily scratched and unsightly. Decorative plywood is also known (Patent No. 654009) in which grain pattern printed decorative paper is pasted along the recesses, but since the printed pattern of the decorative paper and the recesses do not match, the wood grain pattern is It was unnatural and undesirable.

That is, in the present invention, the physical properties of the decorative paper are such that the hygroscopic expansion coefficient is 01 to 4, the water absorption expansion is 10 to 10, and the drying shrinkage is 02 to 1. Then, a water-soluble adhesive or, if necessary, an extender pigment is added to the substrate with a finely uneven surface, and the two are bonded together using a pressure heating plate or a pressure heating roll.
Once the adhesive penetrates and expands from the back side of the decorative paper, it is cured and fixed from the adhesive layer on the back side of the decorative paper, and then the adhesive in the recesses is dried. Nevertheless, the decorative paper is smooth and firmly attached.

First, using thin paper as a base, we apply sealer treatment, base coat, base printing, pattern printing, top coat, etc. as necessary to achieve a moisture absorption expansion rate of 01 to 4 degrees, a water absorption expansion rate of 10 to 10%, and a dry shrinkage rate. A decorative paper is formed by adjusting the ratio to 02% to 110%. Considering the penetration of the adhesive during pasting, it is necessary to perform all of the above treatments from one side of the thin paper.

As the adhesive for pasting the decorative paper, known adhesives such as urea resin, urea melamine resin, urea vinyl acetate resin, vinyl acetate resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, etc. may be used. Extender pigments such as titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, silica, and clay are added to reduce volume shrinkage when the adhesive dries, and to make the color of the substrate less susceptible to cosmetic surfaces. It's okay. The amount of extender pigment to be added to the adhesive is preferably in the range of 3 to 20. If the amount is less than 3, the above purpose cannot be achieved, and if it is more than 20%, the adhesive may not enter the recesses of the substrate or flow. It is not preferable because it reduces the properties and makes it impossible to apply it uniformly. Generally, the drying shrinkage rate of each of the above adhesives is about 10 to 35%, so the amount of extender pigment added and the resin percentage of the adhesive should be adjusted by taking into account the size of the irregularities on the substrate surface and the properties of the decorative paper. It can also be adjusted by making changes.

First, the adhesive is applied to the surface of the substrate using a roll coater 1 reverse coating coater or the like. In the case of spray coating, flow coater, etc., a device for press-fitting into the recesses on the substrate surface is required. After application, air may be blown using a dryer to adjust the amount of moisture in the adhesive. The decorative board is placed on the surface of the substrate coated with the adhesive so that the back side of the decorative board matches the adhesive surface, and is adhered using a pressure heating plate. In addition, when applying decorative papers continuously, the decorative papers are overlapped with a pressure/heat roll so that the back side matches the adhesive surface, and the paper is pasted one after another with a pressure/heat roll. This pressure heating roll is composed of one roll with a large diameter or a set of several rolls with a small diameter, and is pressed one after another. It should be noted that it is not possible to adhere the surface smoothly by mere pressure bonding (at room temperature).

By applying pressure and heating using a pressure heating plate or a pressure heating roll, a portion of the moisture in the adhesive is vaporized,
Together with the moisture in the adhesive, it permeates from the back side of the decorative paper, causing the back side of the decorative paper to particularly expand, adhere to and integrate with the adhesive press-fitted into the recess, and then be pressed together with a pressurized heating plate or pressurized heating roll. In particular, the adhesive hardens first on the back side of the decorative paper and then hardens inside the recesses, so the decorative paper shrinks and becomes smooth, and the recessed areas of the decorative paper are further strengthened by the adhesive, making it easier to paste. The installation is complete.

As described above, according to the present invention, decorative paper can be adhered smoothly even to a substrate having a minutely uneven surface.
Even in the fourth part, the decorative paper is reinforced with adhesive, so the substrate and decorative paper are integrated into one piece, improving durability against drying, shrinkage and expansion due to moisture absorption, and has excellent properties such as very little change over time. Decorative laminates for furniture can be obtained through a simple process.

It is preferable to add the extender pigment in an amount of 3 to 20% based on the adhesive. If it is less than 3%, the above purpose cannot be achieved, and if it is more than 20%, the adhesive will enter the recesses of the substrate, and it will not flow. It is not preferable because it reduces the properties and makes it impossible to apply it uniformly. Generally, the volumetric shrinkage rate of each of the above adhesives upon drying is approximately 10 to 35%, so the amount of extender pigment added to the adhesive and the resin It can also be adjusted by changing the rate.

First, the adhesive is applied to the surface of the substrate using a roll coater, reverse coating coater, or the like. In the case of spray coating, flow coater, etc., a device for press-fitting into the recesses on the substrate surface is required. After application, air may be blown with a dryer to adjust the moisture content in the adhesive. The decorative board is placed on the surface of the substrate coated with the adhesive so that the back side of the decorative board matches the adhesive surface, and is adhered using a pressure heating plate. ! In addition, when pasting decorative paper continuously,
Lay the decorative papers on top of one another using a pressurized and heated roll so that the back side matches the adhesive side, and adhere them one after another using a pressurized and heated roll. This pressure heating roll is composed of one roll with a large diameter or a set of several rolls with a small diameter, and is pressed one after another. It should be noted that it is difficult to adhere the surface smoothly by mere pressure bonding (at room temperature).

In particular, the adhesive hardens first on the back side of the decorative paper and then hardens inside the recesses, so the decorative paper becomes smooth and smooth, and the recessed areas of the decorative paper are strengthened by the adhesive, making it easier to stick. Complete.

As described above, according to the present invention, decorative paper can be adhered smoothly even to a substrate having a minutely uneven surface.
Even in the recessed areas, the decorative paper is reinforced with adhesive, so the substrate and the decorative paper work together as one, improving durability against shrinkage and expansion due to drying, moisture absorption, and very little change over time. Furniture decorative laminates can be obtained through a simple process.
