It was a difficult tlt. In addition, if you use particle board with good workability, you can freely form curved surfaces.
On the other hand, the outer surface has a rough finish, and the adhesive and undercoat applied to the surface during overlay tend to soak in, resulting in poor adhesion and the time it takes to apply the undercoat.

Therefore, the feature of the first invention is that a particle port is cut to form a shape having a predetermined curved surface on the outer surface, and a hole slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the shape is opened. At the same time, after going through a coating process in which the inside of the mold is passed through a mold filled with photocurable resin, light is irradiated faster than the photocurable resin uniformly adhered to the outer surface penetrates into the mold. The feature of the second invention is that the shape is cured to form a photocured resin layer on the outer surface of the shape. After passing through a pressure roll and a photocurable resin application roll having a curved surface formed to correspond to the curved surface of the shape, a photocured resin is uniformly applied to the outer surface. The resin is irradiated with light and cured faster than it penetrates into the shape, thereby forming a photocured resin layer on the outer surface of the shape.
以下、図示の実施例に基づき本発明を詳説する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments.

That is, by passing the particle board 2 through a known cutting process 6, a shape 1 having a predetermined curved surface on its outer surface is cut and formed (see FIG. 2). This shaped material 1 is sent to a coating step 9 by passing through a conveying step 8 consisting of a plurality of pairs of rotatable rollers 7 arranged vertically at predetermined intervals.

The photocuring resin 13 is passed through the mold 10 by moving along a cliff as shown in FIG. At this time, the reduced diameter hole 12a of the outlet side hole 12 and the shape 441
The adhesion amount of the photocurable resin 13 is maintained constant in the small gap between the two. Furthermore, leakage of the photocurable resin 13 filled into the mold 10 is prevented through the diameter-reducing hole 12a.

Photocurable resin 13 uniformly adhered to the outer surface of form 1
The material 4 is irradiated with light to harden the material faster than it penetrates into the shape material 1, and a material 4 is formed as shown in FIG. Next, polishing step 15
By going through this process, fine irregularities on the outer surface of the material 4 are polished to form a smooth outer surface. (Note that the polishing step 15 can be omitted if necessary.) Next, to explain the second invention, each step other than the coating step 9 is the same as the first invention, and the known glue J i In the 'ill step 6, the particle board 2 is cut to form a shape 1 having a semi-cylindrical cross section as shown in FIG.

Further, the press roll 17 is also set to have the same shape as the application roll 16, and rotates in the direction of arrow C in the opposite direction to the application roll 16, and rotates in a direction to prevent the section 1 from moving in the direction of arrow A. The photocurable resin 13 is applied uniformly to the outer surface of the shape member 1. (This acts as a so-called squeezing action.) Note that the curved shapes formed on the outer surfaces of the application roll 16 and the press roll 17 can be set to various curved shapes corresponding to the curved shape of the outer surface of the profile 1. In the case of a profile 1 as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of application rolls 16 are used to coat mutually different surfaces of the cross section at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the profile 1.

In addition, in the second invention, the photocurable resin 13 is applied only to the front side (curved side) of the profile 1, and since the resin 13 is prevented from adhering to the back side, the amount of bone attachment is reduced. This makes it possible to reduce costs.

In particular, since the profile 1 is formed by cutting the particle board 2, the entire profile 1 is made of a uniform material, which prevents distortion from occurring and prevents the possibility of peeling of the overlaid veneer, printed paper, etc. At the same time, it is possible to mass-produce the shape material 1 that is inexpensive, easy to process, and has a beautiful curved surface finish. Furthermore, using the shape 1 having such characteristics, the photocurable resin 13 is applied uniformly (-1) to the outer surface of the shape 1, so that the resin 13 is not soaked into the shape 1.
