Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 単結晶半導体基板からなる受圧ダイヤフラムにゲージ抵
    抗を設け、ゲージ抵抗の変化から前記受圧ダイヤプラム
    に作用する被測定圧を検出する圧力センサにおいて、前
    記ゲージ抵抗の一端側に電気的に接続された第１の電極
    と第２の電極を設け、他端側に電気的に接続された第３
    の電極と第４の電極とを設けて、前記第１の電極と第３
    の電極間に電流を流し、前記第２の電極と第４の電極間
    よりゲージ抵抗の変化に対応した電圧を得ることを特徴
    とする圧力センサ。
