Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は開口部にキャップが取付けられた柔軟性容器と
この容器を頭部が露出した状態で収納し得る外箱との組
合せよりなる容器に関するものである。
従来のプラスチックフィルムで構成されたチューブ状の
柔軟性容器は外表面に美麗な印刷を施すことが困難であ
ると共にコスト高になる欠点があった。
本考案は従来の之等の欠点に鑑み開発された全く新規な
技術に関するものである。
図により本考案の一実施例を具体的に説明すると、第１
図に於て、Ａは外箱であって、後述のキャップを突出し
得る穴ａを中央部に有する上板１の上端には末広状の後
板２及び貼着片３が又その下端には後板２と同寸の前板
４が夫々折曲線を介して連設され、更に前板４の両側に
三角側板５゜６及び貼着片７が夫々折曲線を介して順に
連設され、更に前記上板１の中央には水平折曲線すが設
けられている。
本考案の外箱Ａは第２図に示す如く、側板５゜６を折り
曲げ、貼着片７を前板４上に積層し、次に上板１を折曲
線すに於て二つ折りして後板２を前板４上に重ね、前述
の貼着片７を後板２の内面に貼着して組立構成すること
が出来る。
次に本考案に係る容器全体を構成する場合には第３図及
び第４図に示す如く、プラスチックフィルムで構成され
たチューブ状柔軟性容器Ｂを前記外箱Ａの底部から挿入
腰そのキャップ８を外箱Ａの穴ａより突出腰貼着片３を
前板４に貼着することによって全体を組立構成すること
が出来る。
本考案に係る容器は上述の如く、紙製外箱によってチュ
ーブ状柔軟性容器を全体的に被覆するように構成Ｉ−た
ので、この外箱の方に美麗な印刷を簡単かつ安価に施す
ことが出来、従って極めて美しい体裁の良いかつ構造的
にも特徴のある容器を構成することが出来、更にこの外
箱によって内部の容器を保護することが出来、従って従
来の如くチューブ保護用の板肉が不要になり、しかも本
願の外箱は組立た状態で偏平状に折畳むことが出来るの
で、内部の容器を収納したま）外箱を押圧することによ
って開口部から収納物を取出すことが出来る等の特徴を
有するものである。

第１図は外箱の展開平面図、第２図乃至第４図は組立構
成の説明図である。 Ａ：外箱、Ｂ：柔軟性容器、１：上板、２゜４：前後板
、５，６：側板、ａ：穴。

  1. 中央部に穴ａと水平折曲線すとを有する上板１の上下端
    に夫々前後板２，４を連設すると共に前板４の両側端に
    夫々側板５，６及び貼着片７を連設して構成した外箱Ａ
    と、開口部にキャップ８が取付けられたチューブ状の柔
    軟性容器Ｂとの組合せよりなる容器。
