Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被写体を光学的走査機構により走査し、該被写体からの
    赤外線を冷却槽で冷却じた赤外線検出器により検出し、
    得られた検出信号に基づいて該被写体の温度分布像を表
    示手段に表示する装置において、前記冷却槽内の冷媒の
    有無を検出する検出手段と、該検出手段よりの信号に基
    づいて赤外線検出器に入射する赤外線を遮断するための
    手段を設けたことを特徴とす木サーモグラフィ装置。
