Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は磁気記録再生装置の回転磁気ヘッドドラム装置
に係り、特に、信号線接続プラグ部の金属保持具に関す
る。
〔発明の背景〕
第１図及び第２図は従来の回転磁気ヘッドドラムを示す
要部断面図である。第１図において、回転トランスステ
ータ５の接続線は中継棒６を介して、フレキシブルプリ
ント配線板７に接続され、フレキシブルプリント配線板
７の一端κ搭載されているプラグ８から外部回路（図示
せず）にコネクタによ．り接続される。
一般的κフレキシブルプリント配線板は高価であり、又
保持手段としてねじを使用すること、等の欠点を持って
いる。すなわち第２図において、保持具１４にフレキシ
ブルプリント配線板７の一端についているプリント配線
板７ａを取付ける為にねじ１６ｂが必要であった。
なお第１図、第２図において、回転ドラム２に磁気ヘッ
ド１が搭載されており、回転軸６とともに所定の回転速
度で回転し、固定ドラム９に巻き付いた磁気テープ（図
示せず〕に磁気記録再生を行う。回転部と固定部との間
の信号伝達は回転トランスロータ４と回転トランスステ
ータ５とにより行われる。回転はモータロータ１１とモ
ータステータコイル１２により行われ、１３はステータ
コイル１２のヨークである。１ｏはモータケースであり
、ステ〜り部の固定及びモータロータ１１の磁気漏洩の
シールドを行うものである。捷だ第２図の１５ｂは保持
具１４を固定ドラム９に固定する為のネジである。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明の目的は原価低減を計ることが出来る回転磁気ヘ
ッドドラム装置を提供することにある。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明は、プリント配線板を保持具に微少面積で保持す
る形状にしたものであ？、これにより、高価なフレキシ
ブル配線板を削除し原価低減を計ったものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例を第６図〜第７図により説明す
る。＄６図において、中継棒６の一端に直接プラグ８を
搭載したプリント配線板１８を接続させる。プリント配
線板１８は固定ドラム９に固定された保持具１９に直接
固定されている。
プリント配線板１８と保持具１９の取付けは次のように
なされる。即ち第４図、第５図において、保持具１９の
一部に突出部１９ａを設け、プリント配線板１８の一部
に角穴１８ａに上記突出部１９ａを挿入し、突起部１９
ａをね、じ曲げることにより、上記保持具１９とプリン
ト配線板１８を固定する。
保持具１９は固定ドラム９にねじ１５ａにより固定され
る。又保持具１９にはアースブラシ１７を取付けるめね
じ１９ｃが一部に設けられており、別の片端には結露防
止用のヒータ２１を取付ける為のＵ字形状１９ｄが設け
られている。第６．第７図に保持具１９を示した。
上記の構造により、フレキシブルプリント配線板を使用
しないで、回転トランスステータ５からの信号接続をプ
ラグ８寸で結線することが出来る。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、フレキシブルプリント配線板を使用し
ないで、信号線を外部に接続させることが出来ること、
及びアースブラシと結露防止用ヒータを１つの保持具に
取付は可能にしたことにより原価低減の効果が太きい。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、　回転ドラムと固定ドラムとの間に配設され、該回
    転ドラムと共に所定の回転速度で回転する回転磁気ヘッ
    ドと、前記、固定ドラム内に配設され、前記ヘッドにて
    検出した信号を伝達する信号伝達手段と、上記固定ドラ
    ムの外側面に固定された保持具を具えた回転磁気ヘッド
    ドラム装置において、前記信号伝達手段は前記ヘッドに
    結合された信号伝達器と該信号伝達器に結合され、信号
    を前記固定ドラムの外部に導く中継棒と、前記信号を外
    部回路に結合するプラグと、前記固定ドラムの下面Ｋか
    つ前記保持具の下端部に固定され、前記中継棒とプラグ
    を取付けてなるプリント配線板からなり、前記プラグを
    前記プリント配線板に取付は可能な構造としたことを特
    徴とする回転磁気ヘッドドラム装置。 ２、　前記保持具に帯電防止用アースブラシを固定した
    ことを特徴とする特許 第１項記載の回転磁気ヘッドドラム装置。 ３、　前記保持具に結露防止用ヒータを固定したことを
    特徴とする前記特許請求の範囲第１項記載の回転磁気ヘ
    ッドドラム装置。
