Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　光フアイバー用母材の製造装置において、反応生成
    ガス及び余剰ガラス微粒子を反応容器より外部に排出す
    るための排気管の内部番と支持棒を通し、該支持棒の排
    気管内への挿入長さを変化させると共に排気管内壁に支
    持棒が接触した状態で排気管を回転させるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする光フアイバー用母材の製造装置。 ２　排気管蓋に支持棒の断面形状と同一の孔をもうけて
    、該孔内を支持棒が滑動するようにしたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光フアイバー用
    母材の製造装置。 ３　排気管を傾斜してもうけると共にその下端の排気管
    蓋にガラス微粒子溜をもうけたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項もしくは第２項記載の光フアイ
    バー用母材の製造装置。
