工した場合の縦断面図、第２図乃至第５図は本考案実施
例を示し第２図は鉄板ケースで囲撓したプラグれんがの
周囲を不定形耐火物で所定形状を形成し一体化した物の
縦断面図、第３図は事前に組合せたプラグれんがとスリ
ーブれんがの周囲を、不定形耐火物で所定形状を形成し
一体化した物の縦断面図、第４図はプラグれんがの外周
と底部を、吊り下げ可能な孔を有する鉄板ケース及びガ
ス供給管を有する鉄板ケースで囲撓した物の縦断面図、
第５図は吊り下げ用孔部の部分詳細図、第６図はプラグ
れんがの周囲に不定形耐火物で所定形状を形成する際の
状態縦断図。 中、１は溶融金属容器、２はプラグれんが、３はマスれ
んが、４は受けれんが、５は固定治具、６はガス供給管
、吊り下げ用の孔、８は鉄板ケース、９は鉄板ケース、
１０は不定形耐火物、１１はスリーブれんが、１２は枠
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周を吊り下げ可能な孔７を有する鉄板ケース８で囲撓
    し、底部はガス供給管６を有する鉄板ケース９で囲撓し
    たプラグれんが２の周囲を、不定形耐火物１０を用いて
    所定の形状を形成し、施工前に一体化したことを特徴と
    するガス吹込み用耐゛火物。
