  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ディスクの一側で車両の非回転部材に固定され、前記デ
    ィスクの周回り方向に間隔をおいた脚部および該脚部よ
    りディスク外周を跨いで伸びる連結部を有するキャリア
    と、 該キャリアの両脚部で前記ディスクの軸線方向へ摺動可
    能に支持され、ディスクを挾んで配置された一対の摩擦
    パッドと、 前記キャリアの連結部に前記ディスクの軸線方向へ変位
    動可能に保持され、前記摩擦パッドを押圧するキャリパ
    と、 基部で前記キャリパの脚部の内壁に密着され、抜は止め
    部が前記基部から伸びて前記キャリアの連結部に係止し
    、押圧部が一対の前記摩擦パッドを押圧するパッドスプ
    リングとからなるディスクブレーキにおいて、 前記抜は止め部の係合する面が、前記連結部のディスク
    パス部に臨んだ面からディス、りの半径方向に遠退く方
    向に傾斜する面として形成されたことを特徴とするディ
    スクブレーキ。
