Claims (1)
- 液圧作動により摩擦パッドを押圧作動させるピストンを
内蔵するキャリパ及び該キャリパを支持するマウンティ
ングのうち、いずれか一方に設けたボス部の貫通孔内に
、他方に設けた支持ピンが摺動可能に挿通されて貫通し
、該支持ピンの前記ボス部から突出する両側部分が同支
持ピンに被嵌されるピン側環状シール部と前記ボス部の
貫通孔に設けた環状溝内に嵌着されて同環状溝の底面に
圧接しかつ前記支持ピンの外周面と弾撥的に摺接するボ
ス部側環状シール部とこれら両シール部を連結する伸縮
自在のベロ二部を一体的に有するゴム等の弾性材料から
なるピンブーツによってそれぞれ密封されてなるピンス
ライド型ディスクブレーキにおいて、前記ピンブーツの
ボス部側環状シール部外周に前記貫通孔の開口側を急斜
面としかつ他側を緩斜面としまた頂部を円弧形状として
同頂部にて前記環状溝の底面に圧接する外周環状突起を
一体的に形成するとともに、前記ボス部側環状シール部
内周に前記外周環状突起に対して前記貫通孔の開口側に
わずかに偏位して前記支持ピンの外周面に弾撥的に摺接
する内周環状突起を一体的に形成したことを特徴とする
ピンスライド型ディスクブレーキにおけるピンブーツ。
