Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）チップ部品取り付は用のランド部が対向するよう
    に形成され該ランド部に両端に電極が形成されたチップ
    部品の該電極が半田付けされるプリント配線基板におい
    て、前記ランド部は前記対向するランド部を結ぶ線に直
    角をなす方向での前記ランド部の幅が前記チップ部品の
    両端に形成された電極を結ぶ線に直角をなす方向での前
    記電極の幅止りも広く形成され、かつ前記ランド部の幅
    方向における中央部には前記電極が接触する前記ランド
    部の面を横切るようにした絶縁部が形成されていること
    を特徴とするプリント配線基板。
  2. （２）絶縁部はランド部の一部が除去されて成ることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項一記載の
    プリント配線基板。
  3. （３）　　絶縁部はソルダレジストによって形成された
    ものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （１）項記載のプリント配線基板。
