The coated paint may peel off along with the oxide film, exposing the metal and corroding it, causing perforations or leaching the metal into the contents, resulting in hygiene problems.

The metal tin inside is in a molten state because its melting point is as low as 220°C, and in this state, the heat-resistant brush 7
.. 7, the tin oxide film can be easily peeled off mechanically along with the molten metal tin.

The resin powder coating is electrostatically applied as a coating and then heated from the outside by a heating burner 13 to bake and harden the powder coating.

Measurement of current value (mA) at a voltage of 2V Thus, according to the present invention, since the device 4 for removing the oxide film formed on the surface of the welded joint is provided near the welding completion position of the welded joint, it is possible to remove the oxide film from the tinplate material. The tin oxide film can be easily removed together with the metal tin while the metal tin under the tin oxide film on the surface of the welded joint of the can body is in a molten state.
Therefore, when a correction coating is applied on the weld seam, the correction coating film will not peel off or crack during flange processing or double seam processing, making it suitable for food cans, beverage cans, etc. Since there is no oxide film on the joint, the shiny surface of the iron of the tin plate material appears, and it is effective in providing a device with a simple structure that can form a beautiful side weld joint.
