Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はプレハブ建築などにおいて、互いに直交するパ
ネルが接合するコーナ一部において、該パネルを連結す
る隅柱材の改良に関するものである。
従来のプレハブ建築において直交するパネルの隅部にお
ける取付けは、第４図に示すようにＣ形鋼１３に倒Ｃ形
鋼１４を溶接したものが使用されていた。
しかしこのものはＣ形鋼と倒Ｃ形鋼を重ね合せていたの
で接合部は１枚分だけ不要で材料費が高くつくほか溶接
も内、外２個所ａ、 ｂを溶接する手数がか）ると共に
外側の溶接部分ａは雨水の浸入によって錆を生じ易いの
で、断続溶接でなく、どうしても全面的に溶接するを要
するのであるが、又それによって柱材に歪みが生じる欠
点があった。
本考案はこれらの欠点に対処するためになされたもので
あって、以下一実施例として示した図面について説明す
る。
パネルの外側に位置する第１水平鈑部１に続く第１垂直
鈑部２と第２水平鈑部３と第２垂直鈑部４とによって略
階段状に連続成形された前記第１水平鈑部１と第２垂直
鈑部４の各端部をそれぞれ内方へ折り曲げて短片５，６
を形成し、前記第２水平鈑部３の内面に一端を溶接して
なる内側垂直版部７の端部を短片６と同一面において該
短片６と同じ方向へ折曲して内側水平版部８を形成し、
その端部を更に短片５と同一面において、該短片５方向
へ向けて折曲して内側短片９を形成し、短片５と内側水
平版部８の間と短片６と内側短片９との間にそれぞれパ
ネル１２の嵌合する溝１０と１１を形成して隅柱材を構
成したものである。
本考案はこのような構成としたので、直交状に配される
コーナ一部におけるパネル１２の連結接合は短片５と内
側水平版部８との間の溝１０と、短片６と内側短片９と
の間の溝１１にパネル１２の各端部を嵌挿するだけでよ
い。
しかも従来はＣ形鋼を２枚合せて隅柱をつくっていたの
で接合部分が２重となっているが、本考案では１枚で、
２重接合部がなくなり材料費は約１０％節減することが
できた。
また溶接個所も従来は２個所のうち外側の溶接個所ａは
前述の通り全面溶接するを要するのであるが、本考案の
ものでは溶接個所Ｃｔ ｄの２個所とも内側であるから
断続溶接で支障なく溶接作業工程が減少するとともに外
側に従来品のように溶接継ぎ目があられれないので外観
が美麗である。

  1. パネルの外側に位置する第１水平鈑部１に続く第１垂直
    鈑部２と第２水平鈑部３と第２垂直鈑部４とによって略
    階段状に連続成形された前記第１水平鈑部１と第２垂直
    鈑部４の各端部を内方へ折曲して短片５，６を形成し、
    第２水平鈑部３の内面に一端部を溶接してなる内側垂直
    版部７の端部を短片６と同一面において該短片６と同じ
    方向へ折曲して内側水平版部８を形成し、その端部を更
    に短片５と同一面において、該短片５方向へ向けて折曲
    して内側短片９を形成し、短片５と内側水平版部８との
    間と短片６と内側短片９との間にパネルのはまる溝１０
    ，１１を形成してなるを特徴とする隅柱材。
