Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 載置面を構成するロッド４・・・・・・の両側に立設さ
    れたサイドリンク５を互いに連結してなるエンドレスの
    コンベアベルト３を備え、該コンベアベルト３の一部に
    おいてベルト３を各々下段のベルト３のサイドリンク５
    上に支持して順次螺旋状に上方に積上げてなるスパイラ
    ル部分７を有するスパイラル式コンベア装置であって、
    上記各側のサイドリンク５は、スパイラル部分７で上段
    のベルト３を支持するための垂直スペーサ部１４ａおよ
    び該垂直スペーサ部１４３下端から外向き直角に突出す
    る外向きフランジ部１４ｂを有し、上記垂直スペーサ部
    １４ａの下端部に前後に貫通孔１６およびベルト長手方
    向の長孔１７が形成された外側リンク１４と、該外側リ
    ンク１４の内側に位置し、同じく垂直スペーサ部１５ａ
    および該垂直スペーサ部１５ａ下端から内向き直角に突
    出する内向きフランジ部１５ｂを有し、上記垂直スペー
    サ部ｉ５ａの下端部に前後に貫通孔１８およびベルト長
    手方向の長孔１９が形成された内側リンク１５とが交互
    にかつ内外に一部重なり合った状態で配列されでなり、
    かつ左右両側の外側リンク１４゜１４同士を連結するロ
    ッド４は、その各端部が外側リンク１４の貫通孔１６を
    貫通して外向きフランジ部１４ｂ上に溶接固定されてい
    るとともに該溶接固定部４ａよりも内側にて内側リンク
    １５の長孔１９に摺動自在に挿通係合されており、左右
    両側の内側リンク１５．１５同士を連結する喧ンド４は
    、その各端部が内側リンク１５の内向きフランジ部１５
    ｂ上に溶接固定されているとともに該溶接固定部４ｂよ
    りも外側にて内側リンク１５の貫通孔１８を貫通したの
    ち外側リンク１４の長孔１７に摺動自在に挿通係合され
    ていることを特徴とするスパイラル式コンベア装Ｍ。
