Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象となる試料を投光器から直線偏光で照射し、該
    試料によって散乱、反射、吸収される光を受光器で測定
    する光センサにおいて、上記投光器は、連続波長スペク
    トルを持つ光源ランプと、この光源ランプより放射され
    た光から熱線を除去する防熱フィルタと、このフィルタ
    を通した光を集光するコンデンサレンズと、このレンズ
    で集光された光を平行光束にするコリメータレンズと、
    このレンズを通した平行光を直線偏光する直線偏光板と
    、この偏光板を空気冷却する冷却手段とを備えたことを
    特徴とする光センサの投光器。
