Detailed Description of the Invention [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for drying contents in a hopper dryer and a hopper dryer. The present invention relates to the above-mentioned method and dryer configured to aerate a gas for use.

The dryer is configured to temporarily stock powder and granular material and dry it by passing a drying gas such as dry air while stocking the material. For this reason, a conventional hopper dryer includes a body having an inlet and an outlet, and a nozzle for blowing dry air.

As shown in Fig. 1(a), in a conventional hopper dryer, the moving speed increases from the point where the angle of repose is high to the center C, and the contents fed into the center C are transferred to the peripheral area R (body 1
The contents placed in the vicinity of the inner circumferential surface of No. 2 are also quickly discharged. (In Figures 1 (=) and (b), raw materials that were introduced at the same time (or the same time range) are shown with the same pattern.) In this way, materials with long and short residence times in the fuselage Σ exists, but when designing a hopper dryer, it is necessary to select specifications such as layer height and barrel diameter so that the contents, which are discharged as quickly as possible, remain in the barrel for a predetermined required time.

However, if the specifications of the shell are determined so that the contents of the central part C, which are discharged as quickly as possible, stay for a predetermined required time, the contents put into the peripheral part R will stay in the shell for a much longer time than the required retention time. As a result, the average residence time of all contents becomes unnecessarily long.

In addition, in conventional hopper dryers, the weight of the stacked contents is constantly added to each particle, as shown in Figure 2 (a). Therefore, the contents N can be easily tightened. Therefore, the drying air A must flow only through the channels formed in specific portions of the contents N, resulting in extremely poor drying efficiency and a significantly long time required to completely dry the contents. As a result, the thickness of the body becomes unnecessarily large, resulting in disadvantages such as an increase in installation space and an increase in operating costs.

Furthermore, conventional hopper dryers are unsuitable for drying and storing acicular substances such as fibers and flaky substances such as mica because they tend to form bridges and rat holes. (Bridging, as is well known, is a phenomenon in which the contents form an arch at the upper part of the outlet such as the outlet, preventing the contents from moving downward. Also, a rat hole is a phenomenon in which the contents form an arch at the upper part of the outlet, etc. (This is a phenomenon in which only substances located directly above the cylinder (cylindrical area) are discharged, and substances located in other areas are hardly discharged.) [Object of the Invention] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of the above-mentioned prior art. To provide a method for drying contents of a hopper dryer and a hopper dryer, in which the contents are moved evenly, the residence time is uniform, and the drying efficiency is high.

However, when ventilation is applied while applying such vibrations, each particle (or fibrous material, etc.) of the contents N collides with each other and separates from each other due to the vibration, as shown in Figure 2 (b).
A suitable gap is formed between them. Therefore, the drying gas (for example, dry air; however, in the present invention, the type of gas is not limited to air, and any type of gas may be used as long as it can dry the contents.) A should pass evenly between the contents. This will result in faster drying.

In addition, the fact that each particle (or fibrous material, etc.) of the contents vibrates means that the relative speed between these particles and the drying gas increases, and this factor further enhances drying and increases drying efficiency. This is a marked improvement.

In addition, by applying vibration, the angle of repose of the contents collapses as well as drying is carried out well, and as shown in Fig. 1(b), - is #1 in both the center C and the peripheral area R. The contents N move at a uniform speed and are discharged uniformly.

Then, as described above, voids are formed between each particle (or fibrous material, etc.) of the contents, and the gas blown from the nozzle 26 passes through these voids, and the contents are evenly dried. . The rest of this embodiment is the same as the embodiment of FIG. 3, except for the roof 36. In this embodiment, the roof-shaped member 36 is a perforated plate, and the air blown out from the nozzle 26 is dispersed by the perforated member 36 so that it is supplied more evenly into the fuselage 12. This further increases the drying rate of the contents.

As described above, in the present invention, the drying gas is ventilated while applying vibration including a vertical component to the contents, so that the contents in the center and the contents near the inner peripheral surface of the fuselage are almost the same. It moves quickly and is ejected evenly. Furthermore, the contents can be dried extremely quickly, the drying efficiency is high, and the cost of heat energy required for drying is greatly reduced. Furthermore, these effects bring about various excellent effects such as the capacity of the body being small, the manufacturing cost being reduced, and the installation space required.
