Traditionally, wooden carved doors with wood carved patterns on the surface used for entrance doors, etc., have a structure that combines frame materials on both sides and the top and bottom, vertical and horizontal pillar materials, and a plaque inserted between these. It is known that there is a structure in which surface materials in the shape of frames, crosspieces, decorative plates, etc. are glued to both sides of plywood, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-17335, but these carved wooden doors However, due to the nature of the wood, the door would warp, twist, and shrink, impairing its function as a door.

For this reason, recently, plywood is glued to both sides of a core material made of wood arranged in a lattice pattern, and a surface material shaped like a stile or crosspiece or a surface material shaped like a decorative plate is glued to the surfaces of both plywood boards. It has been proposed that the door body has a wooden carving pattern and a metal reinforcing aggregate is provided inside the door body.

Further, numerals 3 and 3 are plywood sheets that are adhesively polymerized on both sides of the core material 1, and the surfaces of both plywood sheets 3.3 are covered with a surface material that forms a wood carving pattern on the door surface, that is, a surface material in the shape of a stile. 4av4

These surface materials 4a to 4e are manufactured by cutting plate materials, and the side edges of each surface material are formed so that they become thinner toward the side edges, and the surface materials are mutually connected to each other. They are adhesively polymerized to each other at the side edges.

However, although the carved wooden door of the above structure has the advantage of having very little warping, twisting, and shrinkage, in order to almost completely prevent warping and twisting, the core material 1
The thickness of the core material 1 and the thickness of the reinforcing aggregate 2 must be increased to a certain extent, and in order to make the entire door thickness a predetermined thickness, the surface materials 4a to 4e must be made thinner by the thickness of the core material 1. Therefore, a thin door with a small overall door thickness has the disadvantage that the amount of wood carving pattern on the door surface becomes small, making it impossible to obtain a deep and elegant wood carving pattern. Another problem was that it was very difficult to manufacture the door because the placement of the reinforcing aggregate 2 within the material 1 was troublesome.

This idea was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose was to have a wood carving pattern with deep and elegant wood carvings that would be easy to manufacture, with almost no warping, twisting, or shrinkage. Our goal is to provide wood carved doors that can.

On the other hand, reference numeral 12 denotes a metal reinforcing aggregate made of, for example, a square pipe, which is buried inside both sides of a door body formed by bonding surface materials 4a to 4e on both sides of the core plate 11. 12 is as thick as possible.

In addition, 13 is a cutout 414 provided on both sides of the core plate 11 along the door height direction. A recessed groove is provided on the back surface (adhesive surface of the core plate) of 4a to correspond to the cutout groove 13, and the reinforcing aggregate 12 is fitted into the cutout groove 13 and protrudes from both sides of the core plate 11. The both sides are fitted into the recess i14.14 to form the recessed groove 14.14.
It is glued inside.

This wooden carved door is made by first making two pieces of plywood 11 which become the core board 11.
The surface materials 4a to 4e are arranged and adhered to the surfaces of the panels a and lla, respectively, and then the two plywood boards 11a and lla are aligned at their outer edges and inserted into the cutout grooves 13 and recessed grooves 14, 14. It was manufactured by bonding and polymerizing the reinforcing aggregate 12 back to back with the reinforcing aggregate 12 inserted into the door. This carved wood door does not have a core material arranged in a lattice pattern like conventional carved wood doors, but Since a thick material can be used as the reinforcing aggregate 12, warping or twisting is unlikely to occur.
Furthermore, since the core plate 11 is made of plywood, no shrinkage occurs.

In this carved wood door, instead of gluing two sheets of plywood with a surface material glued together with a core material and reinforcing aggregate in between, as in the conventional wood carved door shown in Figures 1 and 2, Since the two plywood sheets 11a, 11a to which the surface materials 4a to 4e are bonded are bonded and superposed back to back with the reinforcing aggregate 12 inserted into the cutout grooves 13 and the recessed grooves 14, 14, the core plate The thickness of the 11th part is equal to the thickness of the two plywood boards 11a and lla, so the surface material can be made thicker by that much, so the wood carving pattern on the door surface can be made into a deep and elegant wood carving pattern. It is possible to improve the quality of a carved wooden door, and its structure is much simpler than that of conventional carved wooden doors, making it extremely easy to manufacture.

In addition, in FIG. 4, reference numeral 5 indicates an edge plate adhered to the side edge surface of the door body, and this edge plate 5 is provided to cover and hide the end surface of the core plate 11 made of plywood.

Figures 5 and 6 show another embodiment of this invention, in which the width of the core plate 11 is slightly narrower than the entire width of the door, and on the outside of both sides of the door, A plate material 15 made of the same material as the surface materials 4a to 4e is provided in place of the core plate 11 made of plywood, and by doing so, there is no need to adhere an edge plate to the door side edge surface.

In addition, in Fig. 5, 12a and 12a are metal reinforcing aggregates buried in the upper and lower parts of the door body, and this reinforcing aggregate 12
a and -12a are buried in the same manner as the structure shown in FIG.

The wooden carved door of this invention is as described above, so it has almost no warping or twisting, and the core material is much smaller than the conventional wooden carved door, which has reinforcing aggregate in the core and has plywood glued on both sides. Since the thickness of the door core is thinned by the thickness of The door can be made by gluing plywood back to back, making it very easy to make.
