ジ部8の孔10周縁部には対向する二辺部にJ3いて該
フランジ部8と連続し該連続部分から先方へ拡がる台形
状の抜止片部12.12が上記フランジ部9の孔11を
貫通して内方へ折曲形成されていると共に、フランジ部
9の孔11周縁部には対向する二辺部において該フラン
ジ部9と連続し該連続部分から先方へ拡がる台形状の舌
片部13.13が内方へ折曲形成されている。而して、
上記フランジ部8の抜止片部12.12がフランジ部9
の孔11に入り込むことにより該抜止片部12.12は

形成されている。而して、第7図に示す−ようにダイス
14上に結合すべきフランジ部8及Cj9を重ね合わせ
状態で載置し、そしてポンチ16を第8図に示す如く下
降させてダイス14のI]抜用孔15に嵌入させる。す
ると、ポンチ16の第1の切11i刃17によりフラン
ジ部ε)及び9において六角形状の孔10及び11(1
3図参照)の対角線相当部分が切断され、次いで第2の
切断刃18により六角形状の孔10及び11のうちの対
向する二辺部を残して各四辺相当部が切断されることに
より、六角形状の孔10及び11が形成され、これと同
時に折曲部19によりフランジ部8に上記切断から残さ
れた部分が該フランジ部8と連続し該連続部分から先方
へ拡がる台形状の抜止片部12.12が打出されると共
に、フランジ部9にもフランジ部8と同様に切断から残
された部分が該フランジ部9と連続し該連続部分から先
方へ拡がる台形状の舌片部13.13が打出される。こ
れにより、フランジ部8の抜止片部12.12がフラン
ジ部9の孔11内に入り込んで法化11に抜止めされる
もので、以てフランジ部8及びフランジ部9とを1回の
機械加工工程により結合ができ、よって製作性の向上を
図り得、しかも結合するだめの装置をダイス14及びポ
ンチ16といった単純な打出し装置で済ませ得、よつて
