本考案は金属切断用丸鋸、詳しくは油孔付丸鋸に関する

ところは、
外周縁部に切刃セグメント2を嵌合する突出部3を有し
、中心部には鋸盤に装着するための中心孔4を有した単
一の鋼板からなる円板状本体1に、前記突出部3頂面5
から中心孔4内周面6に貫通する主油孔7を適宜間隔で
複数削設する一方、前記突出部3高さくh)より大きい
深さくH)の嵌合溝8を下部に、切刃部を上部に有し前
記嵌合溝8底面9から各切刃Tの刃溝Gに貫通する複数
の分岐油孔10を設けた切刃セグメント2の嵌合溝8を
前記円板状本体1の突出部3に複数連接嵌合固定し、該
突出部3と嵌合溝8とにより環状油溜室11を形威した
