Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. すべての部材が耐薬品性と耐熱性を備えた合成樹脂から
    なり、スペーサ１１の水平片の上下の面に、多孔質の薄
    膜材１２ａの両面または片面に可撓性で透過性の隔離部
    材１２ｂを添設した二つの炉材１２の中心部を気密に取
    付け、かつそれら炉材１２の周縁部を密封して容器１６
    の内径より大きな濾過エレメントＥを形成し、該濾過エ
    レメントＥをセンターパイプ１３に複数段取付け、セン
    ターパイプ１３の一端をカバー１５の取出口１５ａに固
    定し、上記沖過エレメントＥを取入口を備えた容器中に
    収容したフィルタにおいて、空気の抜き口１８を取出口
    １５ａに対向させて上方に設け、上記各濾過エレメント
    Ｅを抜き口１８に対向して周縁部が外上向きに開くよう
    に折り曲げて収容したことを特徴とする流体処理用の精
    密フィルタ。
