Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 耐薬品性と耐熱性を有する合成樹脂からなる多孔質の薄
    膜１ａの両面または片面に同効の樹脂からなる網体１ｂ
    を添設し、容器内径より大きく形成した胛材１に、最下
    位のものを除いて中心孔ＩＣを設け、該胛材１を多数枚
    薄膜１ａの間に一枚または二枚の網布１ｂが介在する状
    態で積み重ね、それらの周辺部と中央部とでは上下に重
    なる炉材１を交互に一枚ずつずらせ二枚を組としてそれ
    ぞれ周辺部と中心部を密封して蛇腹状の濾過エレメント
    Ｅを形成し、該濾過エレメントＥの最上位の炉材１を同
    効樹脂製のセンターパイプ２の下端つば２ａに溶着し、
    センターパイプ２の上端部を同効樹脂製エンドカバー３
    の取出口３ａに固定すると共に上記沖過エレメントＥを
    同効樹脂製の容器４中に折り曲げて収容してなる液体処
    理用の精密フィルタ。
