When widening the closed end of an unreliable long or short pipe formed by extrusion molding to use it as a socket, the end of the entrance to be processed is heated and softened, and then a core is pushed into it. A method is adopted in which the material is shaped into the desired shape by spreading it, or by inserting a core and attaching cotton from the outer periphery using an outer mold. In addition to the above-mentioned diameter expansion process, a method is also known in which a stopper forming piece, a buttock hooking piece, or the like is attached to or fixed to the inner periphery of the enlarged portion.
Figures 1 to 8 illustrate such known secondary processing methods, with Figures 1 to 4 showing the gauntlet processing method, and Figures 5 to 8 showing the diameter enlargement process and the installation of a ring for forming a stopper. In the figure, 1 indicates a resin pipe, 2 indicates a core serving as a shaping part, and 3 indicates a ring for forming a stopper. That is, in FIG. 1, the core 2 is provided with an expanded shaping part 2a, and a guide part 2b is provided at the tip thereof.
On the other hand, in FIG. 5, a stopper-forming ring 3 to be installed on the inner surface of the end of the resin tube 1 is arranged at the boundary between the vessel diameter shaping section 2a and the guide section 2b. When the resin pipe 1 is subjected to secondary processing, the core 2 is pushed in from the entrance part after heating and softening the processed part la of the resin pipe 1, for example.
Taking as an example the case where the resin tube is fixed and pushed onto the core 2, the workpiece part la slides on the guide part 2b and is guided toward the enlarged shaping part 2a, and then moves to the enlarged diameter shaping part. The diameter is expanded by 2a and shaped into a socket (Fig. 1). Further, by placing the stopper forming ring 3 at a suitable position on the core 2 and operating the same as shown in FIG. A oak tree is built (Figure 5). As is clear from the above diagram, in order to smoothly perform the pushing operation into the core 2, it is common to provide a guide portion 2b at the tip of the enlarged diameter shaping portion 2a. The guide portion 2b is also expected to have a modest effect of preventing eccentricity between the axis ◯ of the processed portion (hanging portion) la and the axis of the non-processed portion lb. For this reason, the guide portion 2b is connected to the resin pipe 1.
It should be designed to be equal to the inner diameter of the unprocessed portion lb (that is, the original inner diameter of the resin pipe 1 to be processed). However, the inner diameter of the resin tube 1 molded using an extrusion molding machine etc. is allowed to have a certain degree of tolerance (usually about 0.5%) within the specifications, and the resin tube 1 with the smallest inner diameter that meets the specifications is allowed.
There is a considerable difference in the inner diameter of the resin tube 1 and the largest inner diameter.
(Maximum 0.5% 0.5% = 1.0%). For this reason, when designing the guide portion 2b of the core 2, the outer diameter is set to be equal to the smallest inner diameter so that even the resin tube 1 with the smallest inner diameter within the standard can be smoothly guided. is normal.
Therefore, the resin pipe 1 with the maximum inner diameter within the standard is used as the core 2 as described above.
When machining, a gap is created between the guide portion 2b and the inner surface of the resin tube 1, making it impossible to obtain an alignment effect. i.e. 2nd and 6th
The figure shows a machining state in which the alignment effect by the guide part 2b cannot be obtained.
Figures 3 and 4 and Figures 7 and 8 show the resin tube 1 obtained through such processing steps, and as is clear from Figures 2 and 6, the guide portion 2b is It is not in close contact with the inner surface of 1, and a gap can be seen at the top of the drawing. In the resin pipe 1 processed in such a state, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 and FIGS. 7 and 8, the bag center P of the processed part (expanded part) la and the unprocessed part l are
b is not aligned with the axis P2 and is eccentric, resulting in a distorted inner and outer shape or an inaccurate shielding state of the stopper forming ring 3. As a result, not only the commercial value of the processed resin pipe 1 decreases, but also the stopper forming ring 3 may fall off due to a slight external force, and the center of each pipe may not be aligned properly when horizontal piping or slightly inclined piping is installed. Since it is not placed on a line, it may be difficult to maintain a constant slope,
This causes various disadvantages such as a decrease in the flow path coefficient and the accumulation of impurities (see Fig. 9). In addition, Figures 1 and 5 are for processing a resin pipe 1 with an inner diameter of up to 4 mm within the standard.
This is a case where the inner flea of the resin tube 1 and the outer diameter of the guide part 2b match and a proper processing state is obtained, but in the actual work process, there are very few cases where such a proper state is obtained. In most cases, undesirable and eccentric machining conditions as shown in Figs. 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 will occur to a greater or lesser extent. In addition, although the sleeve diameter expansion processing and ring shielding processing for forming a stopper are illustrated in the illustrated example, when forming a packing engagement groove at the appropriate location of the enlarged diameter portion la or shielding a buckle retaining ring in addition to the diameter expansion processing, Exactly the same problem has been pointed out in cases where the inner surface of the workpiece is defined with a core and the outer periphery is pressed with an outer die to shape the workpiece. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to perform secondary processing on the open side of a thermoplastic resin pipe to form a receiving section, and the purpose of the present invention is to We aim to provide an alignment device that prevents deviation of the axis of the processed part and enables proper secondary processing into the desired shape, and in particular, there are some tolerances in the inner diameter of the resin pipe to be processed. The object of the present invention is to provide an alignment device that can accurately align the two axes even when the two axes are aligned.

10 to 15 are explanatory diagrams illustrating a secondary processing device equipped with an alignment device according to the present invention. U-
It is a sectional view taken along the line U and the line W-W.
An alignment device 5 is integrally provided at the tip of the holder. The alignment device 5 mainly consists of a thrust taper ring 6 and a diameter expanding/contracting member 7, and FIGS. 10 and 12 show the state in which the light expanding/contracting member 7 is vertical, and FIGS. 11 and 13 show a state in which the diameter expanding/contracting member 7 is expanded. It shows. As is clear from the illustrated example, the thrust taper ring 6 is slidably supported by iron on the tip of the core 2.
A stepped recess is formed on the inner periphery of the tip to form an airtight chamber 8 between the tip and the tip of the core 2, and the airtight chamber 8 is constructed so that compressed fluid such as compressed air can be fed thereto. do. A push spring 9 is disposed at the rear end of the yielding ring 6 to bias the ring 6 in the distal direction, and an appropriate tapered surface 6a is formed on the outer periphery of the ring 6. Further, the pot-shaped folding member 7 disposed on the outer periphery of the thrust taper ring 6 has a structure divided into a plurality of parts, and the inner periphery of each expanded-stripe folding member 7 has a tapered surface 6a provided on the outer periphery of the thrust taper ring. A tapered surface 7a having an angle corresponding to the angle is provided, and the entire diameter expanding/reducing member 7 is converged by a single coil spring and urged in the direction of the rut center. Further, the tapered surfaces 6a and 7a of the thrust taper ring 6 and the expansion/contraction member 7 are provided with protrusions 6a as necessary.
' and grooves 7a' are formed so that the enlarged diameter member 7 can be rubbed radially and vertically while maintaining equal gaps. 11 in the diagram
is a sealing packing that prevents compressed fluid from leaking from the airtight chamber 8. In the alignment device as shown in the figure, the airtight chamber 8
When compressed fluid is not being supplied to the
It has a vertical diameter as shown in Figure 2. When a compressed fluid such as compressed air is injected into the airtight chamber 8, the thrust taper ring 6 slides to the left in the figure against the push spring 9, as shown in FIG. 7 is expanded as shown in FIGS. 11 and 13 against the convergence biasing force of the coil spring 10. That is, according to the alignment device shown in the figure, by moving the thrust taper IJ ring 6 left and right by compressed fluid pressure, the diameter of the expanding vertical flea member 7 is freely expanded and contracted radially. Therefore, when heating and softening the opening side of the thermoplastic resin pipe 1 and processing it into a sleeve, when the alignment device 5 is pushed into the inner circumferential surface of the non-softened part of the resin pipe 1, the expansion/contraction diameter section 7 is If the diameter is expanded and the resin pipe 1 is aligned with the inner periphery of the non-softened part, - the resin tube 1 is accurately aligned and held by the alignment device 5, and the axis of the diameter-expanded part and the axis of the non-processed part are reliably aligned. Accordingly, an appropriate Koyo processing state can be obtained. In particular, according to the invention, the tarl of the expanding longitudinal region 7 is reduced by the movement of the thrust taper ring 6 by the compressed fluid.
-? Because you can freely adjust the solstice, it's a parable.''
Even if the inner diameter of the fat pipe 1 is slightly different, the unprocessed surface is surely supported. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, there is no uneven gap between the inner circumferential surface of the resin tube 1 and the guide portion 2b, and the sea bream center P of the enlarged diameter portion and the mari center P2 of the non-expanded diameter portion are prevented. Phenomena such as eccentricity of the two parts are reliably prevented. In the illustrated example, the expandable/contractable light member 7 is shown divided into eight parts, but the narrow diameter part village 7 is constructed so that it can expand and contract radially and come into close contact with at least three locations on the inner circumferential surface of the resin pipe 1. As long as there is a sea bream, the same taishin effect as in the illustrated example will be exhibited, so the ratio is not particularly limited as long as it is 30% or more. In addition, the expanding vertical member 7 can not only have a structure that can uniformly compress the ship's arm around the entire circumference, but also can adopt a structure that allows local expansion and contraction in at least three places to align the ship's arm. The shape, structure, etc. of the striped ridge member can be freely selected by the person implementing the present invention. In addition, in the examples shown in FIGS. 10 to 13, the airtight chamber 8 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the thrust taper ring 6, and the pressure spring 9 is applied from the opposite side. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a tension spring is arranged to urge the thrust taper ring 6 in the return direction, and furthermore, the thrust taper ring 6 can be pressed by pressurizing or depressurizing the compressed fluid itself without using these return springs. It is also possible to move. 14 and 15 are longitudinal cross-sectional views of main parts illustrating still another operating mechanism of the alignment device 5 employed in the present invention, with FIG. 14 showing the enlarged state and FIG. 16 showing the reduced diameter state. ing. That is, in the illustrated alignment device 5, a recess is provided at the center of the inner periphery of the thrust taper ring 6, and the recess is divided into two parts by a partition ring 12 fixed to a sliding shaft, which is the main body of the core 2. airtight chamber 8a,
8b. The airtight chambers 8a and 8b are configured to be capable of supplying or discharging compressed fluid. When the compressed fluid is supplied to the airtight chamber 8a, the thrust 7 and the palling 6 move to the left in the drawing and expand the diameter of the armature member 7 (
(Fig. 14), when compressed fluid is fed to the airtight chamber 8b while discharging the compressed fluid from the airtight chamber 8a, the thrust taper ring 6 moves to the right in the drawing and causes the diameter expansion/contraction member 7 to have a vertical diameter (
Figure 15). In this way, it is also possible to configure the thrust taper ring 6 to be moved from side to side entirely by fluid pressure. In the present invention, compressed air is most commonly used as the compressed fluid that serves as the source of the expansion/contraction operation of the alignment device 5, but it is also possible to use a liquid such as pond water as the compressed fluid.

In particular, as is clear from the above explanation, it is necessary that the resin pipe portion held by the alignment device 5 be in a non-softened state, but if cold water is used as the compressed fluid, its cooling effect will soften the resin pipe. This is advantageous because it also has the function of cooling and hardening the support portion of the resin pipe 1. Expanding flea member 7
adopted a method of converging and biasing one ring spring, but the convergence means is not limited to the ring spring 10, and a method of converging and biasing the spring in the center direction using another suitable spring is also possible. It is also possible to adopt a method in which dovetail grooves are provided along the tapered surfaces 6a and 7a (FIGS. 10 and 11) to follow the movement of the thrust taper ring 6 and expand the diameter of the expansion/contraction member 7 without using it. can. Furthermore, covering the outer circumferential surface of the expandable and retractable member 7 with a cushioning material such as an elastic material to prevent damage to the inner surface of the resin tube 1 and enhance the supporting effect brings about favorable results when carrying out the present invention. The procedure for processing the closed part of the thermoplastic resin pipe 1 using the above-mentioned device is as follows: - Push the core into the resin pipe 1, and after the adjustment member reaches the non-softened part, the expansion and contraction part The most common method is to expand the diameter of the resin tube 7 and align it, but after adjusting the outer diameter of the expandable member 7 in advance to be equal to the inner diameter of the resin tube 1 to be processed, It is also possible to adopt a method of pressing the core into the core 1 and adjusting it, and these work procedures should be selected appropriately depending on the situation at the work site, and do not particularly restrict the technical scope of the present invention. do not have.

Further, the shape and structure of the processed portion of the core 2 (the expanded portion 4, etc.) in which the alignment device of the present invention is placed should be appropriately set according to the intended end shape and structure of the resin tube 1. , 10th,
In addition to the simple socket shape shown in Figure 11, when fixing a stopper forming piece to the deep inner surface of the socket □ (Figs. 5 to 8), or forming a packing engagement groove on the inner periphery of the socket □, The present invention can be applied in exactly the same way to the case where a packing engagement ring is arranged in a vertical manner, and can significantly contribute to improving the water pressure resistance performance and the number of flow paths of the joint. The present invention is constructed as described above, and even if there is some tolerance in the inner diameter of the resin tube whose end is to be processed, the resin tube is supported by the adjustment device and maintains accurate centering.

Therefore, the axis 0 of the secondary processed part of the resin pipe (i.e., the stopper forming piece, buckle hooking piece, etc. that is shielded or fixed to the enlarged diameter part and the inner peripheral surface on the side of the entrance part) and the axis of the unprocessed part It is possible to reliably prevent problems such as obtaining a processed resin pipe that is misaligned, or the shielding or fixing of the stopper forming piece or the buckle hooking piece becoming uncertain and falling off during the connection work. In addition, the adjustment device of the present invention has a function of guiding the insertion of the resin tube at the tip of the core, so secondary processing work can be carried out even more smoothly. Since a pressure-based mechanism is adopted, there is no risk of excessive load acting on the centering support portion of the resin pipe, and an excellent centering effect is expected from a safety standpoint. In this way, this type of secondary processing of resin pipes can be carried out extremely accurately, increasing the commercial value of the secondary processed product, and solving all the problems that occur in the pipe connection process or in specific slope piping. The practical value of the present invention is extremely high. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The drawings are for explaining the present invention, and "Figures 1, 2, 5, and 6 are cross-sectional side views of main parts illustrating known secondary processing steps, Figures 3, 4, and 7, 8.
