Conventionally, the method of constructing a sloped tile floor surface is as shown in the first diagram, by pouring sacrificial concrete 2 on a sufficiently compacted base W1, and installing a drainage pipe on the upper surface 2a of the fully hardened sacrificial concrete 2. A base mortar layer 4 is formed by applying mortar in a downward slope toward 3. As shown in the drawing, tiles 5, 5, etc. are pasted on the upper surface 4a of the base mortar layer 4 that has completely hardened. Finally, a sloped tile floor surface 7 was obtained by filling the joints 6. However, conventional construction methods have the following drawbacks.

■ A high degree of skill is required to apply the base mortar 4 so that it slopes downward toward the drain pipe 3, and to attach the tiles 5, 5, etc. to the upper surface 4a of the hardened base mortar 4. Because of this, there was a drawback that only so-called tile craftsmen could do it.

@ The work of applying the base mortar 4 to form the inclined surface can only be done after the sacrificial concrete 2 has completely hardened because the worker needs to stand on the sacrificial concrete 2 to work. Furthermore, the work of pasting the tiles 5, 5, etc. can only be done after the base mortar 4 has completely hardened since the worker needs to stand on the base mortar 4. Since it takes a long time for the concrete and mortar to harden, it takes a long time to apply the base mortar 4, and it takes a long time to paste the tiles 5, 5... The construction period after pouring required 6 to 7 days, resulting in a long construction period.

The gist of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a sloped tile floor surface, in which sacrificial concrete is placed in a floor forming area, and a self-leveling material is poured into the concrete surface using the sacrificial concrete to form an intermediate layer on a horizontal surface. , the lower surface of a tile panel whose upper surface is formed of an inclined tile surface is adhesively fixed onto the surface of the intermediate layer.

The present invention will be described below based on examples of bathroom floor construction shown in the second diagrams to (C). The first step is shown in the same figure (8).
As shown in Fig. 1, concrete 10 (for example, 1 part by weight of cement, 2 parts by weight of sand, and 3 parts by weight of gravel) is placed on a base 9 consisting of sufficiently compacted soil, sand, etc. or a building frame. In the second step, after the curing of the sacrificial concrete 10 has progressed, an appropriate amount of self-leveling material 11 (for example, 5.0 ks/l02) is poured onto the surface 10a of the sacrificial concrete 10 to form an intermediate layer 12. The poured self-leveling material 11 progresses in hardening while naturally forming a horizontal and smooth surface 12a due to its self-flowing property. The self-leveling material 11 includes Portland cement, aggregate made of silica sand, etc., and a fluidity improver (for example, lignin-based sulfonate, polycyclic aromatic sulfonate, melamine-based sulfonic acid monosalt, polyoxyethylene). It is a mixture of an AE agent (one or a mixture of ethers, etc.) and water, and has good self-flowing properties at the initial stage after mixing, and hardens over time. Furthermore, to specifically explain an example of the self-leveling material 11, the self-leveling material 11 is made of 40 parts by weight of Portland cement, 25 parts by weight of silica sand No. 7, 25 parts by weight of silica sand No. 8, and 10 parts by weight of AtE agent. It is obtained by kneading parts by weight and 30 parts by weight of water using an electric mixer for about 5 minutes.

The third step is curing of the self-leveling material 11 (for example,
The horizontal and smooth surface 1.2a of the mortar layer 12 formed by the progress of 12 hours after pouring) is adhesively fixed 14( (See figure (B)). The tile panel 13 is manufactured in advance at a factory, and as shown in the same diagram, the tile group j6 is adhered 1'7 to the inclined surface 15a of the base 15 with an epoxy adhesive or the like, and the flat lower surface 13b is

The flat back surface 15b and the inclined surface 1 are made of foamed rigid vinyl chloride, foamed urethane, foamed polystyrene, etc.
5a is formed. The tile panel 13 is pre-formed with an opening 13c for inserting a drain pipe, if necessary.

Although the above-mentioned embodiments have described construction of bathroom floors, the present invention is not limited to bathroom floor construction in any way.
Applicable to construction that requires sloped tile floors such as toilet floors, entrance floors, terrace floors, etc. In addition, when a drain port is not required on the floor surface, the tile panel 13 may be formed with a tile surface inclined in one direction, although not shown.

■ Surface formation work for the intermediate layer does not require any high level of skill as it is possible to obtain a naturally level surface by simply pouring self-leveling material onto the surface of the concrete. Further, the tile pasting operation does not require any high level of skill since a sloped tile surface can be obtained by simply adhesively fixing the lower surface of the tile panel onto the hardened surface of the intermediate layer. Therefore, it can be easily installed even without the tile craftsman required in the past.
