Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform fine printing without superposition of inks at one time by providing a mask having plural apertures between a blanket for offsetting and transparent glass, making the apertures to coincide with the sticking positions of the inks and controlling the rotating position of the inks with respect to the transparent glass. CONSTITUTION:The mask 19 having the plural apertures 21 is disposed between the blanket 12 and transparent glass 18 of a device which consists of plural relief plates (a plate cylinder 05 for green, a plate cylinder 11 for red, a plate cylinder 17 for blue) for transferring plural inks, for example, green, red blue inks (respectively 22, 23, 24) and the blanket 12 for offsetting in contact with the plates 05, 11, 17 and transfers the plural inks 22, 23, 24 to the transparent glass 18 by the rotation of the blanket 12. The apertures 19 are made to coincide with the positions of the blanket 12 where the inks 22, 23, 24 are to be stuck and the inks 22, 23, 24 are transferred to the glass 18 by controlling the transfer positions thereof. Fine printing is thus executed at one time without superposition of the inks 22, 23 24 and the inexpensive color filter for a liquid crystal is obtd.

。液晶テレビ等の場合、画集数が多くなりその分、印刷
さnる色調間隔が狭く、かつ画集も小さくなるので、印
刷時に色調の重さなりが発生する等品質的問題があった
。また、別の製造としては、フォトリソグラフィと真空
蒸着により顔料を蒸着せしめ、必要部所に必要な色調を
設ける事が行なわnている。

色調分、すなわち8回電看と固着が繰返されるという欠
点を有していた。
