    た電極端子を有するチップ状電子部品において、 前記電極端子が、部品本体の一生面上に部品要素と接続
    して形成された導電層と、この導電層に接触する内方突
    起部を有し部品本体の端部に嵌合されたコ字形端子金具
    と、前記内方突起部によって導電層と端子金具との間に
    形成された隙間に充填された半田とを備えてなるチップ
    状電子部品。
