is provided protrudingly, and a pressure fluid blowing pipe d is provided in this bulging portion C.
A blowing needle is inserted into this pressure fluid blowing pipe d to perform blow molding, and then the heat sealing portion e of the pressure fluid blowing pipe d is heat-sealed with a heating blade or the like. When filling the contents, the bulging portion C is cut out along the cutting line f at the end of the mouth portion to open the mouth f'Ab.

It is extremely important to properly adjust the heating temperature, time, and pressing force during heat sealing, and the heat seal part e is thin and easily cut, and the cut thin tubular part easily sticks to the heat seal part e. As a result, there have been problems such as accidents in which the contents get mixed into the container when filling the container, and furthermore, the heat-sealed closure part opens unexpectedly and the inside of the container is contaminated.

On the other hand, the notch 1 4a provided in the bulging portion 4 may be small as shown in FIG. 6, or may be cut out from both sides of the bulging portion 4 as shown in FIG. Part 4
It is also possible to have a shape in which a portion sufficient to withstand the suppression by the hot plate 7 is left, and other portions are cut out. In particular, when the cylindrical portion 6 is approximately semi-cylindrical, the portion that melts and deforms and the portion that withstands pressure are effectively arranged in halves, so that complete closure can be achieved.

。Further, the top of the bulging portion 4 does not necessarily have to be semicircular and may have a shape that does not have very sharp edges, such as a rectangular cylinder. In particular, if the top of the cylindrical portion 6 is placed inward from the bulging portion 4, the molten top of the cylindrical portion 6 will not damage other containers, and the cylindrical portion 6 will not separate.

Never. Furthermore, since the blow hole 5 is provided along the bulging portion 4, the blocked portion of the blow hole 5 does not protrude, and this portion does not damage other containers. Furthermore, since the closing portion is melted and deformed relative to the bulging portion 4, the closing portion is completely closed, and the closing portion does not open unexpectedly and the inside of the container is not contaminated. The blow hole 5 can be easily closed off from one direction by a heating element, and can be melted and closed without deforming the bulged portion 4.
