For example, the discharge passage used to discharge the gas phase in the refill aerosol container during refilling may be used as an outflow passage for the contents during jetting, or the passage used as the filling passage for the contents during refilling may be When using ejection, the most common method is to use it as a gas phase passage for paper, but the contents and the gas phase are originally completely different in viscosity, frictional coefficient, etc. in the flowing state, and when filling these two, it is necessary to It is unreasonable to distribute the same passage when using a jet, and if the diameter, length, etc. of the pilgrimage are determined under the optimal conditions for gas phase distribution, the distribution of the contents will be severely inhibited and the filling speed will be slowed down. On the other hand, if the passage is formed under conditions that are optimal for the flow rate of the contents, the flow rate will be too fast when the gas phase is flowing, and if only the gas phase that was already present in the refill aerosol container is used, it will cause clogging. Not only is it uneconomical because a large amount of injection gas is emitted, but also mixed gases, such as F, . If F, 2 and F, 2 are mixed and filled, F, 2 with high vapor pressure will be discharged into the atmosphere, and F, . Situations may also occur in which only the remaining parts remain. This is exactly the same for refillable containers that are filled with the contents from the bottom, and the gas phase inside the container is excluded from the passage through which the contents flow out when using the jet. This results in a large amount of removal and also exhausting the injection gas necessary for the injection operation. In addition, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, there was a system in which the content passage was the same during refilling and during jet use, but this system formed an exhaust groove for gaseous phase discharge on the side of the stem, and pressed the stem. During refilling, the discharge groove is moved to the sealed end face of the gasket for filling, and the gas phase inside the refill container is discharged slowly. Since the degree of contact differs, and as a result, the discharge port diameter of the gas phase differs, the filling speed differs for each filling, and the stem has to be replaced with a stem without a discharge groove when used for jetting. The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, eliminates the need to replace members such as the stem, makes the passage of the contents the same both during refilling and during the ejection action, and allows the refill container to be used during refilling. A special passage is formed to eliminate the gas phase inside the container, creating optimal conditions for filling the contents and eliminating the gas phase, enabling quick refilling with less wasteful discharge of propellant, and preventing the occurrence of clogging, etc. It is intended to be preventable.

At the same time, the valve of the large aerosol container for filling is also controlled by the pressure of the filling stem 24, and the contents are transferred together with the propellant through the transport channel 12, the outlet hole 13, the introduction chamber 6, and the dip tube 5 into the different aerosol containers. Fill inside. Along with this filling, gaseous phases such as air existing in the container or residual vaporized gas from the previous filling are discharged to the outside through the air guide hole 18 and the exhaust gap 11 of the exhaust port 10. After filling is completed, release the pressure of the filling stem 24 against the stem 7, and the spring 1
The restoring force of 7 restores the stem 7 to its original position, and the outlet hole 13 and the closing tube 20 come into close contact with the gasket 15 on the other hand, so the contents and vaporized propellant are not discharged to the outside, and the refill aerosol The inside of the container is kept airtight. Next, press button 2 to squirt out the contents in this container.
The mounting pipe 22 of No. 1 is mounted on the exhaust interval 11 on the outer periphery of the transportation pipe 9, and the outer peripheral surface of the mounting pipe 22 is connected to the exhaust row 0 of the gasket 3.

The contents flowing in from the introduction chamber 6, the outlet hole 13, and the lotus passage 1
2 from the nozzle 23 of the pusher 021. Around this time, the closing tube 20 and the other gasket 15
However, since the exhaust row 0 is sealed by the mounting tube 22 of the push pin 21, the gas phase inside the refill aerosol container will not be exhausted from the exhaust port 10. As described above, in the present invention, the contents are the same in the lotus passage 12, outlet hole 13, and introduction chamber 6 both during filling and during injection use.
Since the filling is performed via the dip tube 5, the optimum diameter, shape, etc. can be set according to the contents to be filled, and the filling operation can be performed quickly.

In addition, since the air guide hole 18 for discharging the gas phase during filling is used only for exhaust purposes, it can be made to have the minimum diameter. If the propellant is a mixed gas, the gas with high vapor pressure will not be exhausted, and the propellant gas other than the gas phase that was present in the refill aerosol container before the start of filling will be unnecessarily exhausted. In addition, since the air guide holes 18 do not allow the contents to flow through them, there is no possibility of clogging.
This clogging will not occur if the content is liquid, but if the content is powder, the filling pressure will cause scattering inside the refill aerosol container during filling, and this scattered powder will enter the air guide hole 18. may cause clogging. In a different embodiment of the reservoir to prevent this, the outer periphery of the air guide hole 18 is connected to the outer periphery wall 25 of the housing 4, as shown in FIG.
The air guide hole 18 and the gas phase portion in the refillable aerosol container are communicated through a gas phase passage 27 having a filter 26. This filter 26 is made of paper, felt, wire mesh of 300 mesh or more, and prevents powder from flowing into the air guide hole 18, and also allows adjustment of the gas phase flow rate, which is difficult to do by simply adjusting the diameter of the air guide hole 18. It is also possible to have it done. A filter 26 is used to adjust the gas phase flow rate.
is effective even when the content is liquid. In yet another embodiment, it is also possible to provide a small hole in the introduction chamber 6 of the housing 4 for use with the gas phase in the aerosol container. By drilling small holes for paper, it is possible to increase the crushing effect of reducing the particles of the mist contents, and even if the outlet hole 13 is closed after the dawn mist operation, the gas phase is introduced from the small hole. Therefore, the contents do not remain in the introduction chamber 6 and fall into the aerosol container via the dip tube 5. If a small hole for paper is not provided, the contents will remain in the introduction chamber 6 when the outlet hole 13 is closed after the atomization operation, and if the contents contain resin, the solvent and propellant will remain for a long time. The residual paper would separate from the resin and gradually harden the resin, and this hardened resin would adhere to the introduction chamber 6 and cause clogging in the housing, but a small hole for the paper was provided. This makes it possible to eliminate this drawback. In addition, the exhaust low 0 has a mounting pipe 22 for the push button 21.
is airtightly inserted, the gas phase will not be discharged from the exhaust port 10 unless the push button 21 is removed, and if the push button 21 is removed, the mounting pipe 22 can be removed from the exhaust row 0. Since the aerosol container is closed to the exhaust port 10, filling of the contents and evacuation of the gas phase within the aerosol container can be carried out by normal pressing of the stem 22. This discharge is carried out quantitatively, regardless of whether the stem is pressed with a normal pressure or a strong pressure, making refilling possible. Furthermore, since the exhaust port 10 and the air guide hole 18 for discharging the gas phase are always housed in the mountaineering cup 1, and the exhaust port 10 is always sealed with the mounting tube 22, external dust etc. This means that there will be no clogging, and you can always refill refills reliably.
