なる。BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, silk screen printing has been commonly applied to form this type of printed pattern. However, with this silk screen printing method, it is difficult to form beautiful printed patterns on workpieces that have three-dimensional shapes, and in particular when printing multicolor patterns, alignment is difficult and color spacing cannot be made constant. There are drawbacks. Additionally, if the surface of the workpiece has a grain pattern, etc., it is difficult to adjust the viscosity of the printing ink, and if printing ink with a high viscosity is used, it will stick only to the peaks of the grain and leave liquid in the valleys. Because it is not filled in, the underlying layer becomes visible and a printed pattern with uneven color is formed (see Figure 1 C).
. On the other hand, when low-viscosity printing ink is used, the hiding power decreases, and a lot of ink accumulates in the valleys of the grain, causing color unevenness because the thickness of the ink differs between the peaks and valleys. It is not possible to express grain on the surface of the printed pattern, and cracks are likely to occur in the valleys where the material is thickly adhered (see Figure 1). In addition, in silk screen printing, gaps are created between the silk printing plate and the valleys of the grained surface, so the printing ink oozes out from the gaps and the edges of the printed pattern are drawn linearly. If the processed product has a three-dimensional shape, there will be a large gap between the silk printing plate and the grain surface, and oozing will occur even in the ridges of the grain that cannot be seen in flat printing (No. 1) (See Figure C). This bleeding is fatal when forming a multicolor printed pattern, and a clear printed pattern cannot be obtained. In addition, for seat skins, etc., it is possible to form a printed pattern on the skin material in advance before forming it into a three-dimensional shape, but this does not necessarily mean that the printed pattern can be placed in a fixed position on the workpiece. In the case of a sheet cover or the like, when it is wrapped in a foam such as urethane foam, it is locally stretched and the printed pattern becomes distorted.

This is a paper that can be peeled off, and the backing paper is made of water-absorbing material and a water-soluble glue is applied to the paper surface. The film surface of the printed pattern formed on the backing paper is made sticky, and the printed pattern is After being attached to the workpiece, only the backing paper can be removed by dissolving the water-soluble glue.

Even multicolor printing can be performed freely. In addition, the printed pattern 2 is formed using polyvinyl chloride resin of the same quality as the sheet surface 1, and the film thickness varies depending on the number of colors.
It is sufficient to form it at an angle of about 20°. Next, the mount 4 on which the printed pattern 2 has been formed is dripped into a solvent bath, and the printed pattern 2 is activated with the solvent, thereby imparting viscosity to the film surface. As the solvent, a mixed solution of water, alcohol, and cellosolve can be used, and once the film surface is imparted with viscosity, the printed pattern 2 is pasted on the surface of the sheet cover 1 together with the mount 4.

Once the printed pattern 2 is applied to the surface of the sheet cover 1 together with the mount 4, the back side of the mount 4 is lightly rubbed with a spatula or the like to blend the printed pattern 2 into the sheet cover 1, and then left for about 1 minute. Due to this friction, the printed pattern 2 is formed on the sheet surface l.
It is now pasted in an uneven pattern along the grain pattern 3,
An uneven pattern appears on the surface of the film. After a certain period of time has elapsed, water is permeated into the mount 4 to dissolve the water-soluble glue 5 adhering to the paper surface until it becomes soft. This water can be applied to the backing paper 4 with a brush or the like to allow it to penetrate, and if left for about 5 minutes after application, only the backing paper 4 can be peeled off from the sheet surface l. after that,
Since the solvent evaporates after about 2 minutes, the water-soluble glue remaining around the adhesive surface of the sheet cover 1 and on the surface of the printed pattern 2 may be wiped off with a cloth moistened with water.

することができる。Since the printed pattern formed in this way is stretched approximately evenly, the peaks and valleys of the grain pattern 3 are kept constant, preventing color unevenness, and the surface of the film is uneven according to the grain pattern 3. can be reproduced. In addition, the workpiece 1 and the printed pattern 2
Since they are made of the same material, there is no discomfort caused by the difference in level as if a sticker were attached, and there is no possibility of peeling due to the plasticizer transferring to each other and becoming integrated over time. In addition, even when the printed pattern 2 is formed in multiple colors, since it is printed on the flat mount 4 in advance, it is easy to keep the color spacing constant, and even complex patterns can be clearly expressed. Become. In addition, even if the workpiece is molded into a three-dimensional shape such as a sheet surface, it can be transferred by simply rubbing lightly, so there is no distortion in the printed pattern, and it can be applied to soft materials such as urethane foam. can be formed.

Further, in order to impart viscosity to the film surface of the printed pattern 2, the adhesive may be applied as is, or an adhesive that can be made viscous with a solvent may be printed on the film surface of the printed pattern 2.
