Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は全く新規な模様印刷方法に関するもので、スク
リーン印刷の方式によシ拓本の原理を利用して網点のな
い模様印刷を得ることを特徴とするものである。
従来、色彩を有する木目状の印刷やぼかし印刷を行なう
には、写真製版の原理に基き、網点にて印刷する必要が
あった。
しかし、いかに網点を小さくしてもそれには限度があシ
、まったく網点のないぼかしは不可能であった。また網
点を使用しない場合は色を重ね合すことが必要であった
。
本発明はスクリーン印刷の方式により、一度に木目状そ
の他の模様印刷やばかし印刷が行なえるもので、−色に
よる印刷ではあるが独特の濃淡やぼかし部分を有する全
く網点のない模様印刷が得られるものである。
本発明方法の原理は第１図に示すように、版として表面
に浅い凹凸を有する銅版、エツチング版、感光樹脂板、
木版等のうちいずれかの版■を用い、その上面に被印刷
物として紙または合成樹脂フィルム等の可撓性を有する
印刷シート■を載置し、その上部からシルクスクリーン
■を用いてインキを一定圧力をかけながらスキージ−■
にて塗布するものである。
この際、シート■にはシルクスクリーン印刷の原理によ
シ、スクリーン■より一定の圧力にて押し出されたイン
キは版■の凹部分にかかる時、シート■をインキの圧力
によシ凹部に押しつけることになり、インキの付着量は
多くなるためインキの濃度は濃くなる。また凸部につい
てはインキの付着量が少ないため濃度は淡くなシ、あた
かも版■表面の凹凸の拓本をとるような状態にな凱凹凸
の形状に則した模様が形成される。そしてこの凹凸によ
る模様の輪郭はグラデーション状のぼかし状態となり、
−色刷シではあるが特殊なグラデーションのある模様が
得られるものである。
そして本発明方法によシ印刷された印刷表面には、従来
のグラビア印刷のような網点、ます口がなく、何倍の拡
大にも耐え得る美的な表現が可能なものである。
本発明方法による印刷は全ゆる印刷物に利用できるもの
で、壁紙や包装紙その他の模様印刷に適用可能である。
本発明は上述の如き簡単な原理を利用したもので、工数
が大幅に軽減され、コヌトも安価な網点のない模様印刷
物が得られ、産業利用性の高いものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １）表面に凹凸のある銅版、エツチング版、感光樹脂板
    、木版等を用い、その上面に可撓性を有する印刷シート
    を乗せ、この印刷シートの上面からシルクスクリーン印
    刷を行なうことを特徴とする拓本の原理を利用した模様
    印刷方法。
