Next, to explain the operation of this device, as shown in Figure 2,
By turning the steering wheel 9 to the left, the oil pressure in the left oil chamber e of the power cylinder 6 of the power steering increases, and the oil pressure in the right oil chamber f increases.
oil pressure drops. Accordingly, the oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder devices B and D connected to the oil chamber e by the hydraulic pipe 24 increases, and the oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder devices ft, G, and A decreases. As a result, the rear wheel 13 turns to the left. i.e. rear wheel 1
If the force exerted by the hydraulic pressure is larger than the side force F acting on the rear wheel 13, the rear wheel 13 turns to the left, and the side force F acts on the rear wheel 13.
Compared to this, when the acting force due to hydraulic pressure is small, the amount of right-hand cutting that normally occurs is reduced. When the handlebar 9 turns to the right, the rear wheel 18 turns to the right or reduces the amount of turning to the left in the same manner as described above.

As described above, the amount of cut in the rear wheels caused by the side force F is reduced, making it possible to stabilize the vehicle during high-speed driving.

However, in such a suspension bushing deflection control device, it is necessary to provide a hydraulic cylinder device separately from the bushing in order to control the deflection of the suspension bushing, resulting in a complicated structure. In addition to being heavy and expensive, there was a problem in that vibrations from the road surface, which were transmitted through the cylinder to the vehicle body, were not sufficiently blocked.

This invention was made by focusing on these problems, and instead of providing the hydraulic cylinder device separately from the bushing, a pair of oil chambers that function in the same way as the hydraulic cylinder device are installed inside the rubber of the suspension bushing. The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing the following.

以下、この発明を図面に基づいて説明する。The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

First, to explain the structure, 26 is an inner cylinder located at the center of the bushing, and 27 is a cylindrical bushing made of rubber that is baked and bonded around this inner cylinder 26.

In this embodiment, concave portions are formed in the center of the outer peripheral surfaces of both opposing sides of a rubber cylindrical bushing 27 to form an oil chamber 28, and a semi-cylindrical cover plate 29 that closes this oil chamber 28 is used as the bushing. The oil chambers 28 are attached to the cover plates 29 on both sides by baking and adhering them to the outer peripheral surfaces of the oil chambers 28.
A piping connector 80 that communicates with is glued.

B, O, and D are not necessary, and the hydraulic pipes 24 and 25 can be connected directly to each piping connector 80.Next, the operation will be explained. In FIG. 8, when the oil pressure in the left oil chamber 28 is increased and the oil pressure in the right oil chamber 28 is decreased, the bushing 27 deforms as shown in FIG. 4. This effect is the same in the case of the bushing shown in FIG. Therefore, the bushing 27 of the present invention is applied to the insulator rubber of the rear wheel suspension member 14 of the vehicle as shown in FIG. By arranging the system in the same manner as shown in FIG. 1 and using the hydraulic pressure of the power cylinder 6 of the power steering as the hydraulic power source, the same functions as those of the apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be achieved.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since the oil chamber corresponding to the oil chamber of the hydraulic cylinder according to JP-A-57-99470 is provided in the rubber bushing, the hydraulic cylinder device which was provided separately from the bushing. This eliminates the need for a hydraulic cylinder device, which reduces weight and cost, simplifies the structure, and eliminates the need for a hydraulic cylinder device that easily transmits vibrations, resulting in better isolation of vibrations from the road surface.
