を示す。 図において、１９は印字ヘッド、２０はキャリア、２１
はキャリア軸、２２はキャッピングローラ、２３は突起
、２４はマイクロスイッチ、２５はモータ、２６は駆動
ベルト、２７は従動プーリ、２８はロック爪、２９はロ
ック受は金具である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャリアに投載され、水平方向に移動して印字する印字
    ヘッドと、該キャリア近傍に設置され非印字時に印字ヘ
    ッド目詰り防止のためのキャッピング部材を備えたイン
    クジェットプリンタであって、前記キャッピング部材の
    駆動部要素と前記キャリアとの間にロック機構を設けた
    ことを特徴とするインクジェットプリンタ。
